Dear uses, it wouls really be helpful if u did not close early so people like me who also work 9 to 5 cab come get their mailbox keys from you! I moved over a month ago and just bearly had 10 minutes today I squeezed out to get there and u closed early!! I need my key!

This should not be considered a post office!!! I've only had luck with service once from a female employee. The man that comes to the window is horrible, doesn't seem to have any idea of what his job is and is very rude. We need a real post office for this area. Also the inside is nasty?

I moved into my apartment months ago and have been in a constant battle about getting my mailbox keys. I’ve gone 3 times and the guy at the front counter is incredibly disrespectful. Thankfully i was able to call and speak with the supervisor, Michelle and she reassured me that they’ve had my keys for weeks now and the guy has not given a call and has been playing games with us. She told me to come in at a different time than when the guy would be working so that we did not have to deal with him anymore and the girl who was there was very nice and fast when it came to giving us our keys. I wish i could give a better review but the guy is so rude, if you see him just walk out and come back another time to avoid him or else you’ll be waiting 8+ months like us. He also wears the same inappropriate shirt every single time.

I had to pick up live insects here instead of my regular closest customer service center... this isn't a customer service center so I'm not surprised about having higher expectations. For my shipment, I got a call, I went there with my shipping #, showed ID, and was out the door in <5 min.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for new mailbox keys with no updates from this location. I’ve called several times with no answer or ability to leave a message for a call back. My mailbox seems to have it’s new lock and I have not received any call to notify me that the new keys are ready for pick up. The customer service is quite literally non-existent.

Reviews definitely wasn’t lying it’s been over 2-4 weeks and I still haven’t received not one call about my keys and when you call to them, you can’t get through. Worst customer service. How hard is it to stick to your word and do what you say you are going to do.

Great experience! I needed a new mailbox key. They said it could take up to 14 days, received it in 10 days. Mail was held during that time. When I went to pick up the mail the staff was pleasant and courteous.
