I know that the postal service is under a lot of stress right now but we as the front end clerks do our best to serve the public, but yes I do think the customers need to have more patients when it comes to what they need, I also feel the public need more education on the services that we can give I feel due to Covid and having to be shut in people have forgotten how to do simple things like mailing a letter or simply being respectful or even curtious

This is ridiculous went to get a pó box and they didn’t have the forms to change the adress then I was told to do on line and for my desapointmemt the site keep saying my adress doesn’t exist ! Tried to cal and impossible to get hold of someone to talk to ! What a waist of my time ! Horrible service !

The Viking Rd location has 2 of the best counter service folks when it comes to superlative customer service. Their names Cody and Nita! I always hope to be the next customer each time I come in. They lead by example and I wish others would be as pleasant and professional as these two!

When I started getting my packages together the clerk abruptly told me to go get my stuff together at a different desk, which was not clearly marked as a designated packing area. I said ok and went there.One older women who was at the checkout mentioned "oh you guys aren't being very nice." and they replied with "well its the end of the day and we still have things to do."Another guy came in and said "can I still send this?" and they looked at the clock and mentioned the time, I get it, he was last minute but he was in before you closed. Making customers feel like a burden, audibly making it known that you would rather not help them, you would rather they leave. So I finished my taping and labeling and decided I was going to leave.As I was leaving they made no attempt to help me and say we can send your stuff, instead the women asked me if I paid for my tape, I had, two weeks ago when I was at another location.Everyone's got jobs, we're not trying to screw you over, you just close at 5 pm and not everyone can get there in a reasonable time. Off-putting experience, and mind you I have never been inclined to make a review about any other post office or even a DMV. Weird vibes, rude people.

Great Post Office with friendly and helpful staff. I have always had a good experience shipping packages, buying stamps, and with customer service. The building is well managed and at a convenient location. Occasionally, I receive the neighbors mail and the self-service station is out of order. This is inconvenient when there are long lines and you’re trying to be quick, but the lines move fairly quick.

i just came here it was fast service all the other employees were nice but NITA was disrespectful and rude. i waited in line for her to call me up she didn’t look me in my face she just goes “how may i help u” all while staring down and i said hello how are you and she says absolutely nothing to me, doesn’t even ask me what she can do for me. honestly an attitude like that doesn’t need to be working in customer service. not only that but she argued with me and told me i can’t change my address at this location, which is okay i’m not upset about that but it’s the tone of voice and her body language over all. it’s unfortunate i had to experience something like that.

I'm convinced this post office is full of thieves. I sell products and ship them with a prepaid label from this post office and have to date 3 packages vanish. The first package I put in the outdoor mailbox, the 2nd I placed on the counter showing it to the cashier and this last one I scanned into the machine. All gone without a trace. Three is a charm. I'm not going back! Also, the customer service is abysmal.

Nina West had the typical “I’m too good for this job.. I hate it.. everyone is dumb” attitude it blew my mind how flamboyant she was. She made fun of customers with the other two workers (one tall African American man in red hoodie and Caucasian bald guy). This post office is had none of the mailing forms available for the public. The line was out past the door and the Kios line was just as long. 30 plus minute wait in line to be told they can’t help me, to go to another post office.

No labels available to the public, nothing restocked, and honestly wasn’t even that busy. I had to send an international package and when I asked the different shipping options she just said she didn’t know. When I asked if one method would arrive before another the answer was just ‘maybe, maybe not.’ How do these people have jobs?

I wish there was a number other then an 800 number to call. I just watched the mailman pass like 6 house at least, including mine, without giving any mail. Didn't attempt to stop just kept driving. He pretty much did this on one whole side of a street
