Was told to go to the wrong location to pick up my mailbox keys and was only properly informed after waiting a full 40 minutes to get to the front of the line. Perhaps if this location didn't just look like a patch of grass on Google and had a better descriptor than "NOT A POST OFFICE" there wouldn't have been so much confusion between them and the staff at my apartment complex.

Just got off the phone inquiring about a package that I need. There is a tracker inside and so I was wondering what the hold up was at it had been sitting for a couple days at the facility. The gentleman I spoke to not only showed great customer service but provided a very valid explanation to why there was a delay. It goes to show when you speak to someone like they are human and with understanding you'll get treated like one as well. He even offered to go a little above and beyond in getting my package to me sooner and I appreciate the kind gesture.

was sent here to pickup package after missed delivery. guy at the counter could not have been less helpful, turned away 3 people in front of me with no help. spent 20 minutes in the back and then told me to go to another los ath on that also didn’t have my package

They told me a week for my key to be ready. I'm on week 3. Tried to call multiple times to get an update and nobody knows how to answer a phone. When i went up there, i had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before someone came. Terrible service. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with this location

If you need a mailbox key made or need to pick up mail that is being held. This is the place. Don’t expect a lot of communication. Good luck trying to call.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. We had to get a mail key made and when we went to do it, all we were told is it would take 2 weeks and we’d receive a phone call when it was ready. 2 weeks passed and we finally called them, after receiving a note from the mail man that we needed to get our key, and were told “oh yeah it’s ready”. So we went to pick it up and finally get our mail, only to find our mailbox empty. After calling 21 TIMES someone finally picked up the phone and when we explained the situation, he said that he would get a hold of the mailman and see if he had our mail because sometimes they hold it. After waiting all day, and waiting for the mailman to drop off our stuff, we had to go BACK to the post office. There, we were told that all of the mail from the last 2 weeks had been “held” for 10 days and sent back to the original sender. That is a total lie because I get informed delivery and it said I had stuff out for delivery 2 days ago. What they FAILED to mention when getting the key made was that we were supposed to fill out a hold mail slip. Nobody said a word about this to us, the only reason we were able to see this was after searching the walls while waiting and seeing a small very small piece of paper with this information. I feel sorry for whoever has to use this place.

that rudest lady came out to "help me" with my keys. I just moved into my apartment and she was zero help. She came out without a mask, after it says you MUST wear one, and was completely rude to me.

The lady at the front desk is pretty rude. I’m trying to ask questions about replacing my mailbox key, so I can make sure that I’m doing everything correctly. This is my first time loosing my mail box key. So far, I’ve been driving back and forth because she wants to make sure I do one step first before She tells me the next step. That is highly toxic behavior. I’m headed back there tomorrow since I made another step in the process. She will have to talk to my landlord if she feels that my landlord is doing something wrong again.Honestly, I don’t understand why I need to go to this location since my main post office handles all of my mail or revives packages that I miss. This place is terrible like most reviews say.

I wish I could give this Post Office NO STARS! The worst customer service EVER! the front guy comes out and gives the same answer as previous without checking on mail. I changed my address and it has been over a month and I still have not received mail. I have been at this office 2x the second time I was told to leave information and a supervisor would call within 24 to 48 hours and I have not received a call and it has 72 hours. I get a screenshot daily of the mail that I am supposed to receive and it is inconceivable I have not received mail since 7/29/2021. The crazy thing is an entire year prior to changing my address whenever I ordered something or applied for a credit card I received my mail. Is there any other way that I can get some results I would appreciate any assistance.
