Everyone is so nice and always accommodating!
Very busy store, they all do very well getting everyone taken care of! Well organized and all the employees seem to have a friendly attitude always!

I've had good and I've had bad here, but overall, it's been great lately.
They have a self-serve Amazon return center in the back which is a game changer! No line - super easy to use, scan your return code and pack it up!
Easy in and out of the parking lot (unless traffic is super bad but even then it's OK) and central location off Bird Neck Road.
It's very close to the house so I'm happy!

Terrible customer service. I called this store directly and was told I could send a package here and have it held in my name. It arrived and they rejected it. It was a very important time-sensitive package. When I called back they were super rude about it. Avoid this UPS store at all costs. Absolutely awful.
UPDATE: I emailed the owner as requested below and got no reply. Their "response" is just for show. Don't trust this store EVER!

I’ve been to this store over a dozen times and I’ve always had a positive experience. The staff is efficient and you’re typically in and out within a few minutes if you’re doing a return as the staff will tape the box for you, which I love. I’ve never seen the line longer than around 4-5 people at peek times and even then, it didn’t take too long. Lastly, everyone is friendly here. Definitely recommend!

Today, I had the best experience at The UPS Store. A young man behind the counter greeted me in one second! He was friendly and quick. I had a question about the mailboxes and sending out my package. He had all the answers. The manager, who is always there, is super!!!! Keep up the Good work!

Dropped off a package with a prepaid label. It wasn’t registering as scanned for my online tracking even though it had been dropped off awhile ago. I called to check and the woman who helped me was so great. She was patient and nice when I was basically asking her to search all packages for mine. Always kind and helpful people here!
