Love this location. Love everyone who works there. Everyone is so friendly.I have to say Destiny is the fastest, the most efficient,and provides the best customer service. Every time when I see a line or no lines, she handles every transaction with her professionalism.

Supposed to be the Open 7 days UPS store and its 1020 the gate inside is still closed and door it locked. Frustrating because I live in Norfolk and needed to run some errands out this way and it would have made my day alittle easier had the store been open like it says on google and the front door at 10:00 am!

Cody was so kind and patient! I was having difficulty finding an address I needed and he told me to take my time and there was no rush. There was no line either which was shocking to me. This is definitely my preferred location.
