This location is ridiculous. It used to be better when the owner was there, but now I will take my business somewhere else because one can tell me why my package went to the wrong address and continue to tell me I understandI will never do business here again

Friendly staff. Never had an issue with mailing something out. However, be very wary on having your incoming packages redirected here. I had an iPhone stolen out of held package from Apple.That’s when I realized they do not have any type of security of packages being held. Packages are not held behind the counter. They just sit in the back by some PO Boxes and anyone off the street can walk over to them with full access. With an employee being busy or their back turned, and there are no cameras pointed in that direction. It’s easy for someone to do what they want with a package.When I came to pick up my iPhone, the box was empty with the pulled tab gone. Lesson learned.

I do all my Amazon returns here. They are fast and friendly. Had to go to the store on Virginia Beach Blvd a few times recently as Lynnhaven was closed and it was awful. One person working EXTREMELY slow with a line out the door. Happy to see Lynnhaven is open again!

If you want your packages to make it to the destination do not bring them to this UPS they are always loosing packages and don’t give receipts.
