We use this ups store for convenience, packaging, shipping & postal services as they are waaay more efficient & reliable than usps. Plus everyone is friendly & more than willing to help?

UPS is our last choice for shipping anything, this Store is a classic example. Smug, disinterested employees that seem to relish when they get to tell you what they will not ship. If you value freedom, ship with any other non woke company.

I needed to get a small letter notarized, and when I entered the store, I was not greeted at all I was just being stared at by the three gentlemen working, and I asked politely if I can get this piece of paper notarized and he said no, we’re about to close it was 6:55 which was 5 minutes before they closed I have had items, notarized multiple times from libraries banks, and other UPS stores, and it only literally takes five minutes and he totally dismissed me and I think that was very unprofessional that he couldn’t accommodate me. I will not be returning to the store ever .

Great morning crew. They were happy and so helpful. You could tell they enjoyed working together. Busy but still helped each customer fully and thanked you and wished u a happy holiday.

I walked in with a small box, the person working there didn't even look at me. She just said put it right there, and I said put what? Where? She said the small box, I told her I had a few questions, I asked her if the return label that I had would work, she said "no" then I told her I was told that I could use it, than she said they could, then she told me I needed to go get the label printed out. , I thought you guys could print it out for me, she said they could, then she told me that I couldn't ship what I had, to go get it boxed, then I said..well you guys sell boxes right? She said yeah we could put it in one of our boxes, and she said all of this with frustration, you think she would just say..yes, we can ship it and if you need the label printed out,we could do it for you, and we have a box for you to send your package. This was today at 10am, blonde hair lady, short hair.she just didn't want to be there. Very short and rude

Excellent customer service! Most consistent and helpful UPS branch I’ve gone to. The team especially staff members Maurice and Marissa are very helpful. I only go to this UPS branch. This team goes above and beyond in regards to customer service.
