Not sure why the lady was so mean. I stood in line to return things to Amazon and she was helping someone else, then with a nasty tone and demeanor told me to use the self return kiosk. I had no idea that that was even an option or something like that existed. Customer service is dead...everywhere.

If you want to have a bad day and deal with rude and unprofessional employees, go to this place. This is my third visit and they never disappointed. I read the previous comments and I'm guessing I had to deal with Jen today. Apparently she had a lot going on.

I came in at closing time to ship my work computer to meet a deadline. Jen and Taylor jumped in and just made this happen in mere minutes. Their team work was impressive! You have REAL professionals working this location. Their level of customer support was ABOVE&BEYOND words.

Let me just say, after the headache of finding livescan fingerprinting even remotely near me, today at the UPS store was so extremely refreshing! I had an appt at another UPS location several days ago and had already paid for the service but was told it was broken after driving 50 min there each way.
This UPS was completely different! I called 2 separate times to inquire about their service (and didn't want the same thing to happen again) and both times, an employee answered quickly and was very polite and helpful. I had an appt for tomorrow but they took me as a walk-in today. Kasidy helped me every step of the way with the process and even gave my 2 young kids adorable little origamis to keep them entertained while I did the fingerprinting. She was so helpful, beyond polite and kind, and just a breathe of fresh air in the headache of this process. Don't waste your time going to other places for the Livescan...this is the place to go!!
Highly recommend and thank you to Kasidy for being a star employee!!

Awesome place, well
Kept, smelled awesome. Service was top notch. They loved my smile, and hair. Taylor and Jen were beyond amazing and continually showed patience, professionalism and the utmost respect when it came to my concerns. I’d promote them l, but I don’t work there.

Kasidy and Jen provided excellent (5 star) customer service. THE DELIVERY WAS the problem. A small package that I had just paid $140 to send overnight, was JUST LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR of a 6 story apartment building built on a 5 story public parking garage. The recipient was not notified and we were on the road home to Alabama. The package was missing for a day, until my sister checked her rarely used mail box, where some one had put it.
