This location is very disappointing. I have had several bad experiences and I’m just over it. I only go here because it is the closest to my house.I went to go pick up an online order through curbside (since I had hurt my leg) and I waited FIFTEEN minutes in my car and no one did anything! I was clearly looking at about 4 workers just standing near the clinique area just gossiping around! I finally had to get off and once I walked in, another employee coming back from break helped me right away and after I told her I was waiting that long she apologized several times. It was not her fault but I appreciated the apology.Another incident, The older lady with an accent, does not have good customer service or manners! My daughter and I were waiting in line to pay and I can just hear her getting upset with another customer who did not want to sign up for the Ulta credit card. She kept arguing with her that it was going to save her money, and that it would be her fault if all her points would expire if she did not get the card! Ridiculous, because if a person does not want to sign up for the card, they are not obligated to! then when it was our turn to pay, she automatically used my points to “save me some money.” I told her I wanted to save them and did not wish to redeem! she already had redeemed them several months ago without my authorization! It makes me upset because I was not asked if I wanted to use them at the time and i’m sure other people would want to be asked first!I am sorry for the long post, but I have had enough with all the bad experience at this location, so if you don’t care how they treat you, feel free to go to there!

I don’t know if it’s just every time I go in but, the staff seem like they want to be anywhere but there, they seem cold and a bit rude. Other employees walking around discussing what sounds like work drama which is unprofessional. I mean I get it because no one wants to be at work but at least smile at customers and try to be polite. On a lighter note the products are great.

This is hands down the worst Ulta in my area. The lady at the front (older lady with accent) is incredibly rude. I watched her not greet a few people who came in, including myself, and when someone spoke up because they were waiting in line and she didn’t acknowledge her. The woman at the front said “well my back was turned and I’m busy doing everyone else’s job”. Which, granted, she did look like she needed more help up front, but that is not any customers fault.When it was my turn I explained I had a pick up order but i would like to exchange something for the same item , just different color … you would’ve thought I asked them to build me a pyramid. She made it sound like the most complicated thing, going on about canceling the order and redoing it but it could take 24 hours. Another young lady came up front (assuming the manager) and also made it sound more complicated so I just said “I’ll just take what I have, nevermind.”And the manager said “I mean we can do it it’s really not that complicated.”But after the whole ordeal I was just ready to get out of there.I know hiring people is tedious but that store definitely needs more help, more training, and some better customer service.

First time visiting. Amazing products by many named brands. Much needed help on the floor for answering questions and cashier help. Lines too long. There was at least a 15-minute wait to check out.

If you are thinking of getting a haircut, Alex is one of the BEST! She is so empowering to her clients. For my haircut I requested bangs, and she did an AMAZING job. She was careful with the length and informed me that it may be best to give them a couple of days and if I'd like to cut them shorter, to reach out to her and she'd give them a quick cut for no cost. I wound up doing that and felt so thankful for how much she cared about how I felt about my hair. Highly recommend seeing her!

I had the pleasure of meeting sherry Kelly and her energy was amazing. She was so helpful when it came to me trying to find the right skin care. Girl hooked it up and helped show me what woukd work for me. Over all would deff go back. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I walked in, thinking there was an hour before they closed... but was informed it was 2 minutes to closing. Needing only 1 item, the staff helped me find what I was looking for and checked me out. Friendly and helpful, just as customer service should be.

The lady at the counter was very rude for no reason from the moment we walked up from the line. We were very polite and normal people but she didn’t care. Made faces and talked to us like we were stupid, the most disappointing Ulta experience for me to date. I think it’s important to be kind to others

I would have given 5 star ( if it wasn't for the young lady I found to help me) so I was on line and I got called next. The black girl with the Orange and Blonde hair was the cashier. When I got to the register, she was talking to a co-worker about something that happened 10 minutes ago prior. I never got a hi how are you doing today, it was what's your phone number. So she asking me to hit all the things, while still talking to her co-worker. I work hr customer service and if your with a customer your supposed to be engaging with that customer not talking with a co-worker. If that issue was so bad, you shouldn't call me up to the register, you should have continued to talk to your co-worker about whatever happened. So because of that, I will not be coming back anytime soon in the future

Had an amazing time at the Ulta on princess anne. Sharon helped me find the perfect powder for my foundation while also booking me an appointment in their salon to get my color refreshed. Everyone was so nice and greeted me at the door. I walked out feeling 10x more beautiful than when I walked in.
