David, the shop manager was quick, friendly and efficient! The first time I took my truck there for an annual safety inspection. I met three gents also waiting for the 0730 shop opening and asked them if they had used this shop before. All 3 said they had, and emphasized a good experience and shop reputation. My truck passed with no issues! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating vs a 5 star rating is my truck was there from 0730 until 1444 before David called to notify it was ready for pickup. I was number two in line that morning. Fortunately I had no need for the vehicle that day. I will use this TuneUp Plus shop again.

Brought my vehicle in to get brakes replaced. Got back my vehicle a month later apparently the brake pin fell out and caused my break to seize up, took vehicle back to them. They said it was fixed but it was not fixed so they ended up charging me another $300 to replace the caliper. Not very happy Customer.

I am new to the area and need my car inspection. Tune Up Plus was able to inspect my vehicle right away when other places said it would be hours or a few days. My break pad had to be replaced and they replaced them in under 3 hours. The staff there is very professional and polite. It’s hard to find a place that values its customers. They do a great job in a timely manner. We needed a new dependable service location. After several visits - repairs, an oil change, inspection - completed here, I think this is our new regular spot. Parking can be a little tight.
