Probably not a better example of the military industry medical complex incompetence than this place

Military pharmacies are a joke. They switched their hours to 330pm - so unless a person does not work or is retired, a full time working person has to use paid time off just to pick up a prescription. Then the whole “get in line” text system is a hurry up and wait process. Once you arrive, when your prescription is ready you still wait for well over an hour before it’s your turn. They make these places so difficult to use with such extreme wait times that people end up going to a civilian pharmacy - but that’s what the government wants so they don’t have to pay as much for the prescriptions. As a veteran Hampton VA is horrible, so I choose to pay copays and go to my own PCM, but it sure would be great if I could at least get my prescriptions at no cost, but to do so, I have to give up paid time from work! Ridiculous!

Down right rude, unsure of why you work in customer service if all you want to be is a jerk. The front desk personnel are out of this world unprofessional. If you are looking for a reasonable doctors office keep looking. It forces you to give a star, that is the only reason it is given.

Their hours say they are open until 4pm. That is actually when they will kick you out of the building. They stop accepting people at 3:30pm. Hopefully this will save other people from wasting their time.

Horrible facility set up. One window, 18 people waiting. Ridiculously manned “clinic” with very poor excuses of staff.

Was told medication was ready to pick up. At 15:39, so I drove over and walked in at 15:47. I was then informed Pharmacy closes at 15:30. Even though hours say open I was turned away at front desk

First time going to this pharmacy in a long time. Actually was referred because it’s supposed to be less busy. Had a hard copy prescription and wasn’t aware they stopped accepting them recently. The worker was so nasty and rude to me. I didn’t even get a chance to ask a question before she blurted out “Tricare stopped accepting hard copies back in January” then proceeded to act as if I was getting on her nerves, I was thinking wow you just opened for the day. Life can’t be that hard already. Will not return, nobody deserves to be treated the way I was. If you decide to use this pharmacy, I hope you have a better experience then I did. ?

The pharmacy is so understaffed, uncaring, inept system that the very people that served our country CANNOT get the timely prescription medication they are ordered. They cannot get timely appointment with the HRAC.. the overall medical systems for the military is in SHAMBLES!!!

Can park anywhere pretty much. Plenty of parking. Still have to show your military ID when getting in the pharmacy the security guard.
