I just read the last five, six reviews about this location . Why are they in business? everything is negative and their response are like whatever.Awful, I called in the morning with my issue and they said to bring it in and we will look at it. I told them I have to work till 4:30 and the respond was, no problem we have a technician here that can look at it and make a diagnostic. After my arrival at 4:30. I was told there is no way anyone could look at my car..A used tire store right a cross from them looked at it and found the problem.

This is a review about the corporation that is under tire choice called Monroe. Do not be fooled by trying to make an appointment for state inspections, because that is not a thing in Virginia. It is a first come first serve basis by Virginia law. The corporation Monroe is in charge of the website and this needs to be changed so you’re not wasting valuable customers time. before making any appointments on the website, I would call the shop first to see if they have any availabilities.

I dropped my tire to be repaired on Tuesday evening and was told that they would do it by the next day. After waiting most of the following day, I had to call them to find out the status of my tire. I was told that they could not repaired because the puncture was on too close to the sidewall even though it was no where near the sidewall or shoulder of the tire. They could have told me this the evening I dropped off the tire so that I was not waiting an entire day for them to end up telling me that they could not even repair my tire. This is unacceptable. I will definitely not be coming back to this store.

Don’t make an appointment. Tire choice on Indian River had 2 people working. 1 manager and 1 tech. They are short handed and don’t honor appointments yet no where on their website does it say that. I was not even told that when I got to the shop. You also will not see your vehicle all day. I just needed a tire plugged. There was 9 people ahead of me this morning at 8 am. 10 if you count the person still waiting for their car. He was still there when I picked mine up at noon and took it across the street to a used tire shop. No updates and when I walked in there the girl behind the counter was on her cell and some guy was sitting beside the counter chit chatting with her. Didn’t work there.

Made an appointment a week ago, they didn't have my tire in shock. No parking and the lady at the front was caustic and not helpful.

I scheduled an appointment online for NTB next door. Apparently, it didn't process or something, and when I showed up, the manager was extremely rude.So I walked over to Tire Choice, Francesco(I think) was very helpful and super pleasant. He wasn't able to get me in today but called another store for me and got me taken care of. Great customer service goes a LONG way! I will be back!

Currently my car is at tirechoice indian river virginia beach va, brought it yesterday past 10am. I am aware that it is a first come first serve policy for state inspection and there are 5 cars ahead of me. But the personnel didn't give me clear expectations that my car may not be seen that day, or at least give me a call for any update. I had to call the shop around 5pm to check whats the status and all he said was there was 1 more car ahead of me, and thats all he said. For those customers bringing their vehicles here dont hesitate to ask if your car will get serviced the same day or not. dont expect these people will give you a heads up or updates even though its their job to do it.so I called the shop around 0730am today(30MAR2023) "TWICE" no one answered. I dont know if theyre going to open today or what. its a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE YALL. I will never come back to this shop again.

It wouldn't allow me to give zero stars.Run, don't stop. My experience with this location was horrible.Poor Customer Service dropped my car off on Wed 2.8.23@0730 and came back at 1615 . My car wasn't looked at, and no one even called me.Told me the mechanic had a family emergency and wouldn't be back until Friday.When asked why didn't someone notify me of the issue, he said he was too busy.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went for a quick State Inspection. They failed me for the E-brake light not showing up on dashboard. Quoted me $380 for unrelated work & diagnostic test. I paid $20 for the failed sticker and took my car to Ford the SAME day & past the inspection. They unplugged the sensor light. SCAMMERS!

I brought my vehicle in for an inspection for which I was told it failed due to no heat when using defrost. I paid over $400 for them to repair it (which inwas told was a bad thermostat) and pass inspection. 2 weeks later it was cold enough to actually need defrost and it didn't heat at all. I took it back and the manager was not only rude but said it was just because my vehicle was old but agreed to take it in and do another diagnostic. They then called saying I had a radiator leak and no coolant and said it would be $900 to fix. When asked if they were willing to work with me at all on the price since they misdiagnosed the problem initially, I was met with attitude and they tried to charge me for topping of fluids which I never asked for. Worst customer service. I will never waste my time and money going here again

I usually get my oil changed at the Tire Choice in Hampton. But now that I live in VA Beach I need a local place. I was able to book an appointment online for 8:30am on a Friday. I arrived on time and my car was taken right away. They competed my oil change and provided service recommendations for a new tie rod and wheel alignment. The mechanic was helpful, not pushy. I stuck with just the oil change, but will definitely be back for other services. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

Made an appointment online for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection (on a Tuesday morning for the next day). Got a call a couple hours later saying the state inspections were first come, first serve and that I'd need to bring it in and drop it off today (Tuesday) to have it seen tomorrow (Wednesday). This was fine, still weird that there is an option to schedule a state inspection online but whatever. I'd recommend removing that option.Dropped car off Tuesday afternoon and signed agreement for oil change, tire rotate, and inspection. Took off work Wednesday for this as I had no vehicle (as I had planned to for this).Called Wednesday afternoon near closing as I hadn't heard anything all day. The guy who took the call said he didn't know who I had talked to before, but my car wasn't going to be seen today and couldn't be seen until Friday. Picked up my car.Poor customer service, out a day of work and still need an inspection and oil change. Thanks guys.

The Manager, Joe, and his staff are a great team. Courteous, professional, informative and friendly. Needing car repairs can feel stressful, but I trust these guys to work on all of my vehicles.
