“Got stuck mid day on a Saturday in July. Luckily they came in less time than expected saving us from the heat. Reasonably priced plus less than a 30 min pick up time. I know they could have price gouged me but I was fortunate enough to pay under $200 for 20 miles! No wonder they caught my attention when I was in a pinch. The reviews match the customer care they provide from start to finish. Definitely a company worth keeping in your back pocket!”
“The tow truck arrived very quickly in under 13 minutes, he was very patient and courteous and tried to help with the issue my car was having, he was careful with my truck, he got it to my parking spot and continued to be helpful even when the job was done! “Of the mechanics I've been to over the years, Team Eddie's is my favorite! They are honest and hard working. They show you the broken parts, let you get a glimpse of their troubleshooting, and everything. They saved me money both times I went. For example the second time, they were my second opinion after I was told to replace both front struts by another mechanic. They said that it looked at a glance like the possible fix, too, but after listening to the frame (with essentially a stethoscope) and doing some experiments with the movement of the parts, they discovered the real problem was elsewhere. 100% IMO.”
“Made an appointment for my vehicle service. Everyone was very professional and kind! No need to leave my car “in line” for several days in order to get an inspection. While I was there, I even saw them fit in someone that needed a tire plug on short notice into their schedule. They let her know how long it would take and got to work. Would definitely bring my car back for anything else I would need done in the future!”
“Found this spot on Reddit, it was recommend my quite a few folks. Went to get my VW a safety inspection. The walk in service was quick and the two gentlemen I interacted with were great! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the speed of service. The person that did the inspection gave my a detailed review of how my vehicle did, and the gentleman behind the register recommended a great place for me to get repairs done, since not many shops service Volkswagens. Will definitely return for basic maintenance and when my truck needs service and I recommend this shop for others!”

“I called triple A for a tow service. Initially, they sent a service truck out due to how the AI translated my call. The employee explained what may have happened and helped me re call triple A to correct the service so I can get a tow truck instead. He also offered to stay out behind my disabled car to help redirect traffic, since there were a few cars who did not seem to understand that I had my hazard lights on. Once the tow truck service came out, he made sure I was all set. Our tow truck guy from the same company was very kind and professional and helped get my car safe to my home.”
