I've never had a bad experience walking into or shopping at Tillys at Lynnhaven Mall within the last 2-3 years. Everyone seems to be decently friendly and others have been extremely kind. I also don't see why others think that it's imperative that someone greets them when they walk in. Sometime they're going to be busy or handling other matters and that's normal. What matters is that I've gotten help with the fitting room, had someone check for extra stock on items that seemed to be out of stock in the front, and their openness at the register. Most items also seem to be decently stocked whenever I go in so I appreciate that the S/M are usually in stock instead of always being sold out. Personally, I haven't had any issues with in-store returns either, but I can only speak for myself on that one. (:

I am a big fan of Tillys. I always find the styles what I like and both my nieces love Tillys too. They have excellent service. Always helpful staff and they even come by to ask you if you need help. Dressing rooms are clean and the staff are quick to help get you a dressing room. Check out quick and easy. My husband even likes Tillys. They have a great variety of mens clothing and shoes.

Scam artists. Don’t buy online unless you want your order to say it never went through just for your bank account to be charged three times by Tilly’s. Stores are gross too. Just a sham operation run by cons.

After messing up my delivery address, I finally was sent a pair of used/dirty shoes!! They came misshapen and had yellow/orange stains on them...yuck. No apology for the inconvenience or anything which makes me believe this happens more often than not. The store (Lynnhaven Mall) was unhelpful and the return process is a pain. This was my first and last time shopping with this company.

Customer service and return process is awful. I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life, especially within the US. Photo added to show return timeline. Almost 2 weeks later and still waiting.

I went in the store with my mother and the girl greeted us with all the specials going on. There were two tables with shirts for 2 for $30. Got to the counter and the cashier was unfriendly and wouldn’t ring up the shirts as marked. I later went online and got the same shirts 2 for $30. This is the exact reason I’ll continue shopping online.!

The employees were RUDE!!! Having a poor attitude, speaking with a short answer and snarky attitude to us, and chatting with eachother instead of being helpful.

I ent in looking for a Tillys only bathing suit for my son. The employees were not helpful. Told me we couldn’t have the one on display that was the right size then wasn’t the right size, anything to not get it down and then when I asked if they could call the other Tillys in the area I was told they can’t do that because everyone is running their store. I have never had a store be so rude and unhelpful to their customers. I will never shop in this one again.

My recent experience in Tilly’s was awful. No one greeted me when I walked in and no one acknowledged me the entire time I was shopping on the floor. There was only one person on the register, despite a long line forming. On the floor, there were clumps of employees talking and laughing, while ignoring customers. I asked someone for help a few times and was blown off. By the time I made it to get rung out, the person on the register didn’t know what to do and said it was his first day. He pulled the manager up to help and she was annoyed and rude the entire time she was there. No one during the entire experience was kind to me. Everyone treated me like a nuisance and were visibly agitated I was there in the first place. The customer service was the worst I have ever had from a retail store in my life. I will not be spending money here in the future and hope that no one else puts their money into a place where employees like this exist.

There is a manager in there she has glasses and curly hair. Well I took my cousin in there because she was visiting and I always loved Tillys. My cousin asked if she could get a shirt down in a small. This lady looked at us and ignored us then came over after 5 min and said we don't have any. Well another guy who worked there came over and found one and my cousin said he found one. She told my cousin I dont think a small will fit you're kind of big.she doesnt need to be a manager
