Employee just standing there texting on his cel. Went to his booth and he continued to finish his texting conversation before deciding to take my huge heavy box. This place always sucks.
Doesn't matter what time or day you call, no one ever picks up the phone! Left messages and no one bothers to call back. Is this how you run your business???

They were very busy but acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. They were very quick in helping other customers and polite, not once displaying any sign of being rushed or stressed. I was very impressed. I was finished with my transaction and on my way home, before I knew it.

girl at the counter who rung me up was watching TikToks on her phone the entire time, barely said 2 words to me, while the other person who worked here was handling business professionally. get off your phone, you look stupid.

This place is terrible. I had been shipping through this location for months and was NEVER charged for printing because the manager and the employees never charged me. So of course I’m thinking that printing a label is free as long as I’m shipping through UPS. Why? Because they have let me print there for free a million times before! So today, I got to the store and waited in line at the computer for at least 15 minutes as other people were printing labels ahead of me. Once I’m able to print out my label, the manager says to me “It’s $2.22 for our printing services”… now I have stood in line and waited to print this label out AND historically, had never been charged. I didn’t have my wallet on me. He asks if I have Apple Pay which I don’t. Instead of just telling me that the policy changed, he tells me it’s never been free.. they just do it for free sometimes. How was I supposed to know that??? Especially if I have used their computer to print labels for free EVERY TIME for months. Then he takes my label and tosses it in the recycle bin, assuming that I wasn’t going to pay when I could have just gone to the car and grabbed my wallet. By that point I had nothing else for him but to tell him that he and his employees should be more consistent and just charge every time instead of confusing the customer. My main thing is that either he shouldn’t have charged me because I was never charged before and should have waived the fee this time and told me next time I would have to pay. As a person who once managed a business, that’s what I would have done because that’s good customer service. I have other complaints about this location and management like when one of my packages arrived damaged and they told me the manager would call me (same manager) and he NEVER DID! They don’t care here at this location at all. Go somewhere else. Trust me. Oh, and I will be filing a complaint for how I was treated today.

once again, another UPS store that says they're open on Google but don't answer their phone. I've tried four times on a Sunday no less on the few UPS stores in the area that say they're open none of them have opened nor have they answered their phones so I'm going to add this one to the list of another UPS store failing my expectations. Some people need to do things on the weekend and I just expect that if it says it's open, someone should at least answer the phone to confirm that before I have to drive all the way out there. Already did that once today driving from Norfolk to Redmill UPS store that's open seven days a week they say is closed. Nobody showed up on time to open. It was after 10 o'clock. I tried calling. Nobody answered. The gate was still closed on the inside and the lights were on yet. Nobody was there to open the store. Again, the one store that's open seven days a week was closed . I just wish UPS stores would just do better to help the people that cannot get there during the week or would like to run their errands on the weekend when traffic is easier.

HORRIBLE customer service. I have been to this location only 3 times, and each time was worse than the time before. I am consistently helped by the same two employees.
One employee that helped me didn't even speak the entire time!
During my last visit, there were two employees 'working'. They were rude and unprofessional. I won't be back. Who's hiring these people?? Bad for business.
I suggest getting a secret shopper to get helped by these two; I'm sure it would be money well spent.
***The owner just responded without asking for any additional details. How can one correct the issue without knowing the time, date and exactly what transpired in order to truly address the issue?

This place smells like weed and apparently you can not send out packages at 6:25pm even though the closing time is 6:30pm. The person in the non-UPS shirt told me this but I don’t believe it. Worst UPS in the whole country and I’ve been to many. Don’t come here!!!!!

I cannot get anyone on the phone. They lost my package. According to UPS, never even got sent. Very upset! That was over $60 worth of items that was being sent.

I have been having alot of issues here. I own a mailbox and since the New Year. I have had package notifications that said a package was for me. I drive there. The worker said they made a mistake. They accidentally put someone else's package in my box.
I am confused how this happens because the address on each package has the box number on it.
The last couple of weeks. They're not entering any packages into the system. Now, I never know when I have a package in... it has always been convenience to receive those emails.
I have tried calling to ask before driving over if a package had arrived for me. And I have not been able to get anybody on the phone for a good year.
They just do not answer the phone. I never see the phone anymore. Never hear it ring when I'm there.
It's very frustrating. I'm afraid one of my high value packages will be put into someone else's box. And I'll lose it for good...
I have talked to others who have a mail box and they said they are getting other customer's packages in their box...
I've tried emailing them about this. I never get a reply back.
If the owner could please list their contact information.
I would love to speak to them. I use to love this location. Brought all my business there. Now, it is feeling too risky to lose a package... I'm not sure what I will do now. It stinks paying for a box and this is the service I get...

Some of the young people have no customer service skills what so ever and RUDE.They wont great you or say thank you. Some are on the phone and one was talking toher colleague while doing my order. Owner you should be aware because kindness is free.

Rude. Rude. RUDE. The long haired boy who unfortunately is a manager needs to be demoted. I’ve never seen a manager act the way he did. Sarcasm and combativeness is what I experienced. Children running a business causes lost customers.
