I cannot begin to give you all the positive things I want to say about this company. Being in the military, I have experienced so many moves all over the world and this by far has been one of the best, if not the best. The professionalism from the first call to the finished job was top notch. All of the members of the team were so nice and courteous. They were on time and wasted not a once of time messing around or complaining. The owner, Billy, was amazing. Outstanding customer service and care for your items. I want to thank every one involved with the wonderful service. I would recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely use the again.

The Moving Company is the ABSOLUTE best. We called them with very short notice to help us move from our Holiday Gifting Space which gave holiday gifts to over 1800 children in foster care back to our Main Office! Their can-do attitude, politeness, and care with which they moved things was something you don't find every day. Billy and Jen, thank you for your willingness to show up with your amazing team (Jake, Jesse, Tim, and Billy) on their day off. Their community service focus really shown through as they donated their labor to us. You can't get a better moving service in the Hampton Roads area!

Excellent service, would recommend to anyone. These guys helped us with unloading a truck for a PPM move with the Military. They had a great attitude, were timely, careful with all belongings, asked good questions as to where to put different boxes/objects, and showed great professionalism and personality. If we have to move again in the VA Beach area, we will be going back to them.

This review is a month overdue and I should have found time immediately after my move to praise The Moving Company crew because they are hands down the most amazing team. Professional, courteous, efficient and all with a great sense of humor. All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Billy, Jen and team for always treating me and my family like your family during our moves!

I had a terrific experience with The Moving Company Ltd.
They could not have been a nicer group of people to work with and they went above and beyond for me. Everyone involved with this company is professional and diligent. I have already recommended them to several people who might be in need of a moving company and I do not think that they will be sorry if they use them.

Awesome! They are a professional moving company! They did an excellent job of moving my stuff carefully. They wrapped furniture to ensure no damage. Worked for 8 hours straight - no break. Highly recommended!

Billy and Jen are fantastic and take what they are doing for you as a very personal experience. They look for ways to ease the challenge of moving and took great care with everything they did. I wish I could give them 10 stars! We will need to move again in a year and we will call on them again for sure and have already made several referrals.

First let me say Jesse and Tim you two are the best; thank you for a phenomenal experience with the tedious and taxing task of moving.
After arriving these polite and professional gentleman asked what my plan of action was, took instructions, and executed it all to perfection. My move although inter-city consisted of loading and unloading; disassembly and assembly of furniture from two stops, my apartment and my storage unit. If this wasn’t enough, it was one of the hottest days of the summer.
These men came in and got right to work with efficiency putting safety first while maintaining speed. They took care with all my items and ensured everything was properly wrapped and packed. Jesse was a real go getter, very courteous and quick to help. Tim lead well and stayed on task and schedule. When it was all said and done, every room was set up and although it was a long day I could not have been more satisfied or happy with the results.
The office team was also really really responsive and ensured to communicate well throughout the process. I spoke mostly with Jen and she kept everything in order and got me set up quickly and navigated scheduling matters well. I appreciate you all!
Thank you to The Moving Company, you have an excellent operation and most importantly excellent people!

They were so fast and efficient! Very nice and went the extra mile to make sure everything was wrapped up and taken care of. When we arrived in our new house they installed the new plug for our dryer and install new water lines for the washer. They also installed our fridge that was just delivered. Truly the best! When I move again in the future I will one hundred percent use this company again. Thank you guys again so much!
