Highly recommend. I brought my truck there because it periodically failed to start.
Upon arrival (Jeff the owner) immediately took his machine to trouble shoot the problem. He was honest and professional. Spent time trying to find a solution and eventually recommended me to send it to the dealer due to a recall of the car. He could have charged me for the time but told me there was no charge. Thank you again Jeff!!!

First time using "The Car Shop". Found them on-line and they are absolutely THE BEST! Repaired my vehicle quickly, super nice and less expensive than the dealership. We will definitely use them again!!

Very pleased with their work on my vehicle.. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop as well..timely service... tells alot.. Also great customer service and above and beyond professionalism..I felt like they were one of few auto shops where they appreciate customers and aren't out to rob them

Spent 1200 for my car to be fixed, the manager said he test drove and it was perfect. When we got it the car couldn’t even make it out the parking lot without shutting off ,ending up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed.Waste of 1200 dollars would not recommend.?

Just purchased a used BMW and wanted to check the brakes after hearing a little squeal. Tracy put it up on the lift and checked out the brakes and rotors. Told me they have at least half the service life left. He even took it out for a little drive to make sure there wasn’t anything he was missing either. Didn’t want me spending money I didn’t need to. Bottom line is he and his crew are top notch. Wouldn’t charge me anything for his time to reassure me all was good either. We just moved back to the Hampton Roads area. Won’t be using anyone else going forward. This is our mechanic now.

The car shop is a great place to take your vehicle. I didn’t have a repair place so I took it here out of the list of place offered for my vehicle warranty. The staff were nice and approachable. They answered whatever questions I had. They stayed in communication with me when they received the parts and how long from then they expected it to take, etc. The repair did not take as long as I expected and called me as soon as it was ready (which saved me more money on my rental). If I need any repairs down the line (hopefully not) I’ll be bringing my truck back to them. Very professional and everything working good as new.

Highly recommend this business. Amazing experience. Fair price and friendly service. Manager, Tracy, was very good about communication and my car was ready ahead of schedule. Will definitely return for all vehicle repairs. Another bonus was getting a discount on labor for being a GEICO associate.

My husband and I have taken two of our vehicles to The Car Shop and they did an amazing job both times! They worked out all the warranty details and kept us posted on the progress of our vehicles and told us what was covered with the warranty. Hands down, we recommend The Car Shop for your auto needs!

The Car Shop did an excellent job working on my vehicle and provided very quick service! I got all my brakes & rotors replaced within 5 hours and was able to pick it up the same day I brought it in. Tracey had amazing customer service both over the phone & in person. This establishment offers military discount as well which I can appreciate. This mechanic makes you feel super comfortable and it is very easy to find their shop. I definitely recommend them for any of your vehicle’s needs.Service: Brakes

Had such a good experience at the car shop! My temperature gauge had been working on and off and making other stuff sound weird in my car. I’m not that knowledgeable when it comes to car stuff, however Tracy let me know I was in good hands. He explained everything in great detail so I could understand exactly what was wrong and what they were going to be doing. He also gave me an estimate beforehand so I would already have an idea of what it would cost AND what for. I wasn’t asked for anything extra and wasn’t scammed into buying anything I didn’t need. I came in with a problem , and they fixed the problem…. also in a timely manner might I add. Overall the service was amazing and I will be back :)

My car was making a horrible noise and I was convinced it was the exhaust. They diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the problem because they knew I’d be traveling. Tracey, the manager kept me informed every step of the way. They were incredible. I’ve finally found a mechanic I can trust.

These guys are the best! They replaced my transmission and power transfer unit in my vehicle that was under warranty with Carmax. Tracy handled all of the paper work, phone calls, and e-mails with the warranty company and kept me informed during the whole process. Very courteous and professional.
