I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood in line, while 1 of the registers is closed, and at least 1 associate is standing around doing nothing. Today took the cake. I stood in line for almost 5 minutes while 3 employees stood around talking while one for the registers was closed.

These stores are fun to go to cause they remind me of True Value the hardware shop I went to as a kid. They are no where near as busy as Home Depot or Lowe's but obviously don't have the selection those stores do.
