I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent shopping experience at Target Pembroke location. I was shopping with my daughter (March 14) while an employee was yelling through the beauty department on the walkie-talkie. It seems that they are using only one channel where all customers can hear all the conversations. Then a few minutes later on the way to the kitchen department, again this employee, Cheryl, was talking badly about another employee. Apparently, this employee is a manager there. I was appalled by the manner in which she spoke to the employees over the walkie-talkie system. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful, and it was evident that she had little regard for the wellbeing of her staff. It's disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from someone in a position of authority, her conduct towards employees in front of customers was equally disgraceful. Not only is this behavior demoralizing for the employees, but it also creates a hostile atmosphere for customers! Undesirable to shop there!

Since when did AT&T following and hunting customers become a norm. I had one asked me questions invasively in the baby section right in front of the tech department and then I had a second one come up and ask me questions all the way in the furniture aisle on the other side of the store. To make it worse I already have AT&T and we already upgraded our phones but they're still asking us questions and trying to sell stuff. Definitely going to have to stop coming to this target for a little while till AT&T is no longer there to harass me.

After having placed 3 drive up orders in the last couple months it’s finally time to say I’ll never do so again at this target. Two of the three times I waited over 20 minutes for a small order. 14 pickup parking spaces and they can’t service any of them effectively.

This is by far my favorite Target in the area! I’ll drive 30 minutes out of my way just to shop here. Our cashier, Bruce, was such a pleasure!

Placed an order for drive up 5 hours ago and its just books. When i called, the phone is off the line. I needed these books for a birthday tonight and i ordered them 3 hours before the celebration, because it said “ready in 2 hours”

I was number 45 in line, yes I counted a week before Christmas. There were more staff walking around the store than working behind the registers.

Absolutely ridiculous to have one two registers open the week before Christmas. Especially when you have employees just standing around. How stupid can a company get. I mean come on.

Too few cashiers. The cashier was unable to locate discounts even though they were posted all over the store. Manager was equally as incapable. Target Circle is a joke. Store was messy. A waste of time.

I ordered a bike for my son for Christmas, and when I arrived at target, the box had a hole in the front with part of the chain system hanging out of it… There was no one there to help the girl at the pick up… I asked her if she could find out if there was another one that I could have instead, and she could not help… I had to flag someone down who also could not help me… When purchasing a pick up order, if there is something defective about the product, it should be communicated to the customer at the time of the order or at least with a note attached at pick up

Customer service here, even with the hectic time of the holidays, was outstanding! Ebony, Heather and Andrea were excellent!
