By far the WORST targets in the area, I placed an online order for pick up and it said one of the items was out of stock but I get there and I was able to find it easily. The people who are working in the fulfillment department are the WORST, they do not care about the customers at all. DO NOT GO HERE. The Redmill target is way better and they actually have some common sense.

TargetI visited this Target a few times during my stay in Virginia Beach. This location is on Virginia Beach Blvd and Independence Blvd, and a few blocks from the 264 freeway.Although I didn't go inside the actual store, I did place orders on my Target app so that I can pick up my orders through Drive Up. I purchased items I didn't want (or wouldn't have been able) to pack into my luggage, such as liquid hand soap for my hotel bathroom, bottled waters for my hotel fridge, a small cooler to put in my rental so I can keep drinks cooled, and other items.Note: If using the Target app, this location shows up as "Pembroke".Overall, I found things I needed during my stay, the value for the products I found were great, the merchandise was ready within 2 hours, and the people who worked at Drive Up were wonderful! Oh, and it was conveniently located near the hotel I stayed at!

This target is very easy to get to and convenient. They share a lot with the mall area so there is never a lack of available spots Target is a curse and a blessing lol I come on here for one thing and leave with a cart full The dollar spot that's located as soon as you walk in always gets me hahahahaha There is also a Starbucks here The grocery is a little over priced in some items but I can find a lot of specialty items I can't find elsewhere I live the women's clothing and I get a lot of my nephews outfits here Keep an eye for clearance and sales The people in red shirts are helpful and able to help if needed

I love me some Target. But the shoe section at this location was almost embarrassing, and i don't work there... Lol. Omg. It was shoes everywhere. All over the floor on almost every single aisle. I couldn't stay in that section too long. The rest of the store seemed more in order. I do like their selection of teas and i was able to find dragon fruit in the frozen section which I've been looking for... They also sell bubble teas, which was a great find. $10 is a good deal for 4... The egg prices are going back down, but all the cheap eggs were all gone... Figures... They only had 1 line open since they have self check out... If i have a couple things self check is the way to go, but I'm not bagging a whole cart full of stuff. There just isn't enough room in the self check out line. All these self check out lines should give you a 10% discount for doing the work.. Lol. I'm just saying. After walking around for an hour looking for stuff that you have to go home and put away too, I'm just over it. Call me lazy i do NOT care...The girl at the customer service desk was nice and helpful. She corrected the price on an item that rang up for more. She made sure she corrected the issue and i appreciate that. All in all it was an average trip... But somebody please clean that shoe section... Its just to murch!!!

Worst target ever. Long lines are always happening. Huge carts blocking merchandise almost all the time. Today their Statbucks didn't have ice!!!! I mean you have grocery stores all around you.! Go buy some.

Alexis helped me find exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I got all discounts. Linda was very friendly and made sure that I received the correct price for the product I bought. Great customer service!

Very clean and big Target at this location. My friends and I stopped by here for some milk, water, and etc for our Virginia Beach vacation with our kids.

Target is target and nothing more or nothing less. I came into this target for a little Christmas shopping and was able to get it done. They have a nice selection of things, especially in the toy aisle. My sons love some Lego's and I was able to get everything I need from the Lego aisle. They also have a lot of things you need in the baby aisle. This target also has a good clothes selection for men. Sometimes when I go in to a store they don't have much of a mens collection and that is super frustrating but this target does have a good selection for mens. I also like their electronic selection. They have a robust collection of electronics, enough to challenge the likes of Best Buy and Walmart. Now for the kicker, the vinyl section is so lit. I'm a big vinyl collector and they have a nice size vinyl selection. They also have vinyl that's target exclusive, so it might come with a special color vinyl or some extra songs, which I think is so cool. Overall this is a good place to shop and take care of all your needs.

I have normally gone to Walmart for shopping but I was just hired to do some home health care for a residential patient at the Westin hotel. I was amazed at how attentive everyone was. They had this lovely black woman wiping down the shopping carts and another gal helping customers at the dressing rooms. I walked through every aisle and got the attention of Rich who oversees the cleaning products. He answered all the questions and stated how wonderful it was to work there I used to work for Walmart. That place treats their employees like crap. I really liked how they had everything in stock. I have gone many times to Walmart for a cleaning caddy and they never had one even though their website states it is in stock Target had three cleaning caddies for me to choose from plus the store was so clean Thanks Rich!

Target has to be the one place you intend on spending a set amount of money or buy one specific thing, then come our with half the store, haha. From a hidden pocket dimension in your bank account. Not sure why the locations attached to the mall you find cooler deals, or tons on clearance. Clean aisles and friendly staff make this my favorite department store

May 2021, I walk in and I see a staff member disinfecting carts and lining them up for customers to grab as they walk in. I head to the ladies room first: it could use some work and I think they should provide seat covers like many similar establishments do. If you need to change your phone I know where an awkwardly placed outlet is: under the water fountain where I spotted a man sitting on the floor charging his cell, he found a fix for his emergency situation. Exiting the area that houses the 3 restrooms I grab one of the sanitized carts. This location is clean and well organized. I didn't see many staff on the floor but I didn't have a need for one. This location has a CVS inside Target, you should be able to use your extracare points. Spotted: The Lip Bar and Beauty Bakerie in makeup. I had no idea that these products were in target. Starbucks. Cafe. Highlight: The largest selection of products for textured, curly and ethnic hair that I have seen in any comparable store. Textured products are displayed top to bottom on one side of an aisle and the number of brands geared toward textured hair are so numerous it is mind blowing. And the prices aren't incredibly inflated either. Check it out.

I don't usually go to this Target but just visited the electronics department to pick up a Roku stick. When I walk up to the electronics there are three associates standing talking to each other by the electronics register. I make eye contact with the trio and no one speaks, no one smiles, saying hello or ask how can I help you? It felt like I was interrupting their conversation. I advise I need a Roku, only one associate points to the Roku. I pick up the Roku to go pay for it & I'm walking around the register counter to see Where I can check out at and finally the one associate says on this side but only after I stopped on the wrong side. There was no guidance, no price given, no communication saying thank you during the check out I was just handed my bag like I was dismissed. This is not the customer service I'm used to at Target. I made sure to advise the electronics supervisor and she apologized advised this will be discussed with the associates.

It's convinient shopping at Target, there are sections for everything you need: clothes, kids, deco, food.. there is even an Starbucks at the entrance. Also, they are limiting people due covid.

This store is beautiful, clean, friendly staff and the manager even gave me a gift card for my inconvenience when they did not take WIC. Centrally located in the mall near Pembroke Town Center. We walk over from the parking garage past the water fountain and cross the road to the mall for scenic city views and a little exercise. Nice restroom and clean store, sanitizer and a sign with what is available for high demand items during the pandemic. Good selection, some good sales and excellent customer service.

I really love a great Target, this is no longer one in my opinion. At one time I was probably at the store three times a week. This update is two years in the making and now falls in the just ok category. What have I seen that has diminished my 5 star? Well everything from trash in the parking lot, to no staff to assist to severe shortages at checkout. Add on the fact that the company goal appears to push customers to self checkout. My most recent experience was the last straw. I knew at that point the update and downgrade was inevitable. Upon checkout out in early December every checkout had long lines including self. The problem was the computer systems all went down for debit and gift cards. Can you imagine customers with full carts for Christmas being turned away. Yep that's what occurred. I will return, but I can no longer leave a stale 5 star review up. Unfortunately the trend is not good for the retailer around service. 3.5 rounding down.
