We were on holidays, and was looking to spend some money, on a package deal. snd made the mistake of visiting a store in myrtle beach first. What a cluster f#%? That was very unprofessional.came to Virginia Beach, found Stikers bowl shop, and met Danny.I was looking fir a hammer Spider, 2.0, which he had in stock. He sized, drilled the ball fir me, and was able too also buy, the bag, wrist support, cleaning product... every thing I needed.Qhqt a difference, Danny , an wx player regional player, knew his stuff, was so professional and, and made us feel at home.Once I was finished, gave us a pass for a game to try my ball.I would highly recommend Danny to anyone.Thanks again Danny. Look forward to using my new ball, and will let you know how it goes.

Very professional, drilled holes in my new ball, and was able to outfit me with everything I needed. When I picked it my ball I was given a free game and was able to get the holes adjusted to fit my hand perfectly.

The owner of the shop has a wealth of knowledge on the work he is doing! Great customer service, I took my bowling ball in to get drilled and he was finished within an hour.

Struggled to find a pro shop that was open and that would answer their phones. Strikers was open and answered the phone. Drove down that same day and bought 3 balls and got them drilled that same day. The guy was very knowledgable and friendly. Will deff be going back to him for any of our bowling needs.

Danny is the most knowledgeable pro shop guy around, not just about what bowling equipment would work best for someone, but the drilling layout and bowler mehanics. He's an advanced certified IBPSIA driller, been in the business close to 40 years, and has been "757" since it was "804!" I appreciate all he's done for me and my game.

The workmanship is one of the few positive qualities of this shop. He does a good job but never answers the phone and is almost never punctual when it comes to the times stated as open for business. Those two qualities are where this shop could use some major improvement. HOWEVER, the shop is easy to find; it's located inside the bowling alley towards the back of the building. Pricing is very reasonable with fast timelines for most services. Wide assortment of products available to choose from to include a discount on services if you purchase the item from their store. I would consider giving a higher rating easily if timeliness and service via phone were to improve. Maybe if they were to consider forwarding phones to the front desk of the bowling alley when they were going to step away from the shop it would be easier to communicate with the technician.

Danny the owner is great, he fixed the finger holes in my ball free of charge which I did not purchase from him. He answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable polite and helpful. He is inside pinboys on Laskin road so stop in and check him out for all your bowling needs!!!

Strikers has been drilling my equipment for over 20 years now, and Danny always provides excellent customer service in addition to being one of the few pro shop operators to carry the advanced IBPSIA certification. His move from a location inside AMF Lynnhaven to Pinboys at the Beach has made it a lot more convenient for me to visit his shop since I bowl a league at Pinboys. I highly recommend Strikers to bowlers of all skill levels.
