The Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and extremely pet friendly. She made sure our dog was comfortable and relaxed prior to taking his blood and giving him his shots. This place is awesome!!

They got us in very quickly even when we were there early. They were all very nice & was very good with Buster. He got a great check up. We will be back to them in the future.

As others have previously shared, this place constantly tries to upcharge and it's EXTREMELY off putting. I don't feel like this vet cares about the animals they are treating. All they care about is getting your money for stuff that your animals don't need. In two visits, they tried to sell me at least 10 different things when I came in for an allergy shot and routine vaccinations.

I scheduled an appointment on there website. I showed up for the appt 15 minutes early. When I checked in the receptionist informed me they do not have me scheduled in there system. I showed her my confirmation email for the appointment time. She said I would not be able to be seen and she will reschedule me because my appointment was at 6pm and they close at 6pm. I requested to speak to the vet due to being inconvenienced with there system issues. She went in the back to speak to the vet and when she came back she told me they will not honor my appointment. I informed her this was unacceptable customer service and I will not be rescheduling any appointments with them. I will be finding a new vet. I was disappointed due to the Doctor would not come to speak to me in person. I felt like they did not even care it was there system issue. No apology or anything. This was a new client new puppy exam visit. It was a sorry so sad to bad we are not honoring your appt time. Even though it I was there before my appt time and it was not 6pm yet.

This amazing clinic should be the GO-TO clinic of Virginia Beach! My dog was viciously attacked by another dog, denied by other area veterinarians, Strawbridge staff and doctors took action to help my loved one. As soon as we walked in, we were treated with empathy, respect, and care. After an immediate triage of my dog, I was given an honest assessment of his injuries, potential costs, and options. After services rendered, the clinic called me for the next several days to ensure the surgies were a success and my dog was recovering as he should be. Instructions were clear, interactions were professional, and I feel I haven't gained a vet clinic, but a family.

we are here on vacation from NJ, and two days in we found a puncture wound on our dogs neck. Strawbridge Animal Care saw us within 2 hours of showing up and sutured our girl! They went above and beyond for us and I’m so glad we found them. Thank you again so much!!!

AVOID! They only care about getting your money from unnecessary bloodwork, x-rays, ultrasounds, etc.
