Poor customer service, treats customers like they steal, lack of product knowledge. Will never spend a dime in that store again. They need to hire better staff.

Dirty products on bottom shelf, rusted products, & was sold wrong type when i was looking in a different area at closing came back because she told me the wrong one & complained about no returns when i told her im buying it if she can't undo her mistake....she kept bantering after opening the pack on the floor, they make no sense in there....she could have got my business on the regular, but i shall go elsewhere where the owner cares about customer service & satisfaction

The lady got mad because I took the wrong manican for my hair then when I realized it was the wrong one she tried to get smart and then saying there is no refund and gave me two dollars out of my money don't go here if all they do is charge for your money and not give it back. In this country we do refunds
