Literally the worst customer service in the entire world. Literally said I couldn’t an upgrade my phone over an mm minor scratch that no one could even see without putting a flashlight. Said I couldn’t upgrade but T-Mobile customer service said I could the whole time! Absolutely insane, my fiancée and father happened to be there and were also just shocked. I reported them with an incident report. The supervisors didn’t even have the decency to explain. It’s funny that T-Mobile website even says normal wear and tear small scratches are acceptable and they took a one mm minor scratch that took a flashlight to see with and called it a crack. The supervisor didn’t even come and explain it; she should be fired as the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I have to say I haven’t been that mad in a long time!

I just want to thank Derick at Va beach Blvd store (the old sprint location) for doing a wonderful job. He helped my brother find the perfect phone. He was very dedicated with his service making sure everything was connected. Even when it gotten busy he stepped away to greet other customers he still stayed with us.. very happy and impressed thanks again Derick

Extremely unprofessional, was left on hold for over 30 minutes to the point I DROVE to the actual location of Vb blvd. After walking in asking to speak with a manager due been left on hold for over 30 minutes the girl I was previously speaking to in the building hung up. This an individual in a leadership position this is not how I would want my company represented. Better training and customer service in needed ASAP! & Extremely disappointed!

They lie a lot. When I bought the phone they gave me the wrong price, and i had to go back a couple of times to fix it.After I bought a phone from them for less than three months and the phone was manufactured defective. I went back, and they told me they can't do anything with it, but clearly, any other place would do warranty exchange for me.

This tmobile store, is rude and abrasive. Customer service told me one thing and this store was rude and nasty. The employee I was interacting with told me that the customer service department ALWAYS LIES...THIS female was without name tag. So, I can't say who she was. When I told her this is NOT what customer service said. She told me they cannot make the store do ANYTHING.Well well...

Just left T-Mobile after purchasing an iPad for my son for Christmas. We were immediately greeted when entering and felt welcomed and Mr. Jordan was ready and eager to assist. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was knowledgeable and informative. He joked around with us and made the whole experience very smooth and quick. We were in and out with no issues. I would go back and work with Mr. Jordan ANYTIME! Best employee!!! A+ Gold Star!
