“My go to shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Came in for a replacement glove after one got a hole after 2 rounds and some range practice. Staff member gave me a free replacement without even asking. Top notch and great deal on their 2nd use balls.”

“This is a fun store and I love browsing inside every now and then when I'm already in the area to look at all the yard flags and various kites they have inside. They have a ton of every kind.
They don't only have kites - there is an area with Life Is Good items as well as accessories, clothing and beach goodies.”

Able to freely talk sports and keep it friendly amongst customers new and reoccurring. With a little understanding that this establishment is family owned and grown, any questions, comments, and/or concerns will be handled with the utmost respect. The owner is definitely someone who loves his job, and what he does to help people with their love for sports. He has helped me to grow my man cave into one top notch sports memorabilia presentation that people are in aww of. “After a foot injury, my doctor told me to buy New Balance sneakers. I haven't worn sneakers in thirty years. I got the wrong ones. They have a guarantee. I took them up on it and tried on virtually every style in my size. Found a pair that is much more comfortable. What I found amazing was that the young man who worked there was extremely knowledgeable and ever so nice. They took my first pair back and will donate them. Someone will get a free pair of gently used shoes. I'll be back in six months for a new pair.”

That was very unprofessional.came to Virginia Beach, found Stikers bowl shop, and met Danny.I was looking fir a hammer Spider, 2.0, which he had in stock. He sized, drilled the ball fir me, and was able too also buy, the bag, wrist support, cleaning product... every thing I needed.Qhqt a difference, Danny , an wx player regional player, knew his stuff, was so professional and, and made us feel at home.Once I was finished, gave us a pass for a game to try my ball.I would highly recommend Danny to anyone.Thanks again Danny. “I love coming here to find gifts for others and items for myself. They have discounted prices and occasionally run "additional percentage off" sales. If you are looking for the best deals you will have to hunt and search for them. My tips are to buy items that are off season (i.e. bathing suits in the winter and coats in the summer). They also have signs posted around the store advertising a scanner that you can pull up on your phone's website browser to price check items. I've use it multiple times and it is very helpful! The items don't always scan but in that case you can check with an employee for price questions. There are only a few fitting rooms to try on clothes and they can get very cluttered. The times that I have visited I haven't noticed much staff on the sales floor. They are either at the front checkout or in the back receiving/organizing inventory. The types of items they sell include shoes like running shoes, casual sneakers and sandals, and sports cleats. Clothing wise they have activewear, coats/jackets like heavy winter wear, swimwear, kids clothing, golf attire. Keep in mind that these are leftover excess items from the main store that haven't sold or are being phased out but you can still find great quality items. They also sell accessories like outdoor items, drinkwear, socks, hats, gloves, workout pieces, etc. The parking lot is big and easy to maneuver in and out from located on Lynnhaven parkway. Shopping carts are available and they do have public restrooms. Overall this is definitely a place I would recommend to checkout and see if you can find any good deals.”

“My go to place for New and or Used Hockey Gear as it seems in this area you go to a sporting goods store that usually online they will promote they have ice hockey gear. But as you are looking through on of these big name sporting good stores. They skip right over the entire ice hockey section. Leaving us in the Hampton Roads area with absolutely NO place you would think would at least show respect to every sport and the millions of people who have probably been thru the same thing. These places will have Badminton and Rugby sections for some.. reason and no .. ice hockey section. So what I'm trying to say is to a actual hockey player trying to make it PLAY IT AGAIN SPORTS is our Savior and is the store for new hockey gear. That in this location u won't walk in and find anywhere else it seems.We don't even have stores that sell NHL merchandise anymore.. everything NFL. “Based on my doctor’s recommendation, I worked with Mike the manager at Running Etc. to address my Achilles tendon pain. Mike was so knowledgeable and was laser focused on watching how my feet reacted to different arches in the shoes. He explained what was happening with my feet and how to fix it. He even showed me with a video. I followed his recommendation and within days, I was able to run again. I suspect all the employees there are as helpful- but I have to recommend Mike because I felt he went above and beyond. The shoes were reasonably priced, too, which was shocking. I highly recommend this store.”
