First things first. Got a car and no one told me it had a back up beeper when I put it in reverse. First bad taste of this place.
Next, after buying they said to do a survey for them, the guy that sold me the car said if I came in and had him show me how to do the survey, I would get a gas card. Cool. Came in and had him find the survey. Unfortunately I didn’t get to do it and leave my honest review. The sales man gave himself a great rating by doing it himself.
Next they don’t have a shuttle to assist with you having to get maintaine done at the dealership. Whatever. I guess I was just spoiled with having a Toyota and the use of their pick up and drop off service.
Now the thing that really got me was I dropped my car off a day ago and one of my tires was low on air… cannot say I have ever had that happen LEAVING A DEALERSHIP.
Man if I could trade in my car to a different dealership I would in a heartbeat.
Customer service sucks. The service department is horrible. They never returned my calls when trying to make an appointment.. When you call it says for any basic maintenance, you can drop off your car for a speedy repair. I went to do that one day and they said I needed an appointment. I really hope they can improve an outsource their service and appointment line
Had my car for a year and nothing but problems with this dealership. Car itself besides the back up beeper is fine.

Excellent customer service. No pressure from salesman and paperwork process a breeze. As a retired Navy veteran they offer a discount. Shop with them first and you will not be disappointed. Ask for Salesman Cornelius and FinanceManager Kyle. Also, David the Sales Manager was polite and helpful. Not a long process. Come look now!

If I could not leave a star I would. The customer service was the worst ever. Very unprofessional and total lack of customer care. Niki was bad mouthing RT Ives in front of customers. Took my car in for recalls. Booked appointment a month in advance and stood in line for an hour to pick up my car only to be told the recalls were never done.

I bought a new 2023 Kia Carnival last year. After my first service, the "service required" light keeps coming on. We took it back to Kia and the service tec googled "how to reset service light" . After we got home, the same indicator light came on again. I have called Kia 5 different times, left messages, etc and no one has attempted to call me back. When you buy a new vehicle, you expect decent service. Unfortunately, we have not received any service at all. It is a total nightmare scheduling their "warranty oil changed" It almost makes more sense to pay someone else to do it. I would not recommend buying from this location

I had a wonderful experience at Southern Kia Virginia Beach. My sales agent, TJ, provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions and working closely with me. Additionally, Rashan was very knowledgeable about the contract and ensured I was well-covered with everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience.
