Trinity was very friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of shopping for new bras since it is so difficult to find one that is good quality and supportive for bigger chested women. This was my first visit to Soma and it will definitely not be my last.? Thank you again ladies!

Pleasant and professional experience at this location. I went in with my mother and thirteen year old daughter. We received very polite and professional customer experience by a woman saying her name is Diana. I stated "saying" because when she originally introduced herself to us she gave us the most beautiful name I would not degrade with butchered spelling. Her accent and demeanor was charming and made my family and I feel at ease when being fitted and trying on bras. The woman with her did not seem very interested in speaking with us until after purchase, maybe she was just focused on her work but "Diana" was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and professional.

I was greeted right as I entered the store by Lindsay. She was so helpful with refitting me for a bra. I learned so much from her. I am very grateful for all her help. I would highly recommend the store.

I was really impressed with my shopping experience here! I went to the store for an online return. The sales associate (Kelly) was very friendly - quickly processing the return and resizing me so I had the correct sizing! In addition to friendly and helpful customer service - this brand has great high quality and comfortable products. The store itself is also well organized and clean. They have a great return policy. For full priced bras they have a 60 day return policy so that you can return it even if it's worn if you're not happy with it! They also have a bra donation program with local women's shelters. If you have bras to donate you can bring up to two a month and get $5 added to your rewards program. Overall recommend coming here for high quality and comfortable bras. Their rewards programs, returns and community outreach are excellent as well!

I'm glad there is finally a Soma on this side of the bridge!Great bras and lingerie at great prices and they have super cute PJs and even some workout and loungewear in the store.They do custom bra fittings and measurements and are located in the shops near Aldo's with plenty of parking and nearby shopping if you are out running errands.

Just left Soma Intimates at The Promenade Shoppes. I was greeted immediately on entrance by Brooke. She helped me navigate through the process of refitting for a new bra. I had a sports bra on. She measured, with shirt on, and advised bra sizing from there. Listening to my concerns & past Soma bra preference, she recommended my bra collection choice, just in a new size, plus alternatives. She checked in as I tried each bra, giving great insight. In the end, I left with a bra from a diff collection than used before and the bra size she initially suspected I'd be was spot on. I also learned Soma accepts prior gently used bras as donations. They clean them up and donate to Domestic Violence shelters.I highly recommend Soma as their products are excellent in addition to their charitable efforts. This new location is excellent as the employees are attentive and care about their clientele from start to end. I'll definitely be back for Brooke's assistance again. Was well worth the visit on a dismal rainy day!!!!

If you are a fan of Soma and have been sad that there is no local store on this side of the water... be sad no more! A bright and shiny new store has opened in The Promenade Shops at Hilltop and is located just to the right of Aldo's Restaurant. Loaded with all the goodies you expect like tons and tons of bras and undies and PJs. There is also a selection of activeware and strapless bras and bra care items. Online returns are accepted here too - just not outlet purchases.
