I purchased four disposable Vape products today; one of them did not work at all, and the other one was burnt as if the coil had been fried. Ten minutes later, I walked back into the store, to see the same sales girl still there, and she refused to exchange even the one that was out and out broken. These units cost $20 each and because I technically left the store, they would not let me exchange them. This is happened to me before at this particular store location, but not until the next day, (which is more understandable). Today, it was literally less than 10 minutes later. Buyer beware!!!

Very unprofessional location. every time i would bring up a cigar to buy, they would say, oh that's an old label and charge another 3 to 5 more. What a Joke. i will not do business with this scam business!

Tried to go during business hours and the store was closed. Sunday 10:10am. I guess they open when it is convenient for them.

I actually really like this shop. It is very convenient for me. They have a great selection of whatever you may need from a smoke shop. Although I will say the last few times going here I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. The very unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable little girl that they have it there now. And for that I will not be back. I tried to go in there and buy a new vape and she couldn't tell me anything about the products they sold there. So I went somewhere else. I have asked about other items and she has dismissed it without even looking to see if the item is in stock. I have tried several times including today, because I like this place and this little girl ruins it every time. I highly suggest coming from someone who knows how to treat customers and clients because my job is based on customer service....Get yourself a new employee. I also did call another location who gave me a manager number to discuss this which nobody answered.1/24/19
