Run from this place, the guy is a real jerk. Has a doorbell on the counter you're supposed to ring when he's working in the back but he won't hear it because he's wearing headphones while working back there. Then I get the business because I called out looking for some service so I can pick up my trousers that they altered. Guy was very rude, recommend using any number of other cleaners around town but not this place. Posted one star but it's actually zero stars.

Hence why the have 5 stars! The most rudest person ever.... only asked a question about payment and totally threw my pants at me and told me to go away. I seriously am lost of words on how rude this person is! ?

The guy who runs the place is extra disrespectful. He yelled that I was wasting his time cause he didn't know how to use HIS credit machine. Told me I had to Use a different card and wouldn't try my debit card again. When he finally did it again it went through no problem and he didn't even apologize for being rude. Snatched the card out of my hand and everything. Laundry is cheap but his attitude is almost not worth it. Lastly the posted hours aren't accurate at all. He opens when he feels like it. Never on time

Just moved to the area a month ago. Tried this place out. Do not go here. Took a suit in to be cleaned and did not receive the matching pants back. When I took the pants back, the gentleman got upset with me because he couldn’t understand that he gave me the wrong pants. Through his broken English, he finally understood what I was missing. He went through his location looking for my pants. He found them and I left. Mistakes happen, I moved on. Later realized that I also had a pocket square cleaned that was never returned to me, went back a 3rd time, had to explain what was missing. He went again searching through his location and dig out of a basket in the very bottom to find my pocket square. It was not cleaned, it took it back and will not return there again. It seems to be just this older gentleman that runs the place. Very run down, mostly looks like everything has been sitting for years.

I think that this is the best place to go for fast return service and quality work for a reasonable price. ?
