Zach is top notch with helping you get all questions answered and explained differences in paints without being pushy. The store is fantastic and I drive past a closer location of Sherwin Williams just to go there due to the way they treat and value customers.

I needed a match of some house paint for my parents house hadn’t been purchased in close to 10 years. Luckily they had it on the computer that got pulled it up. He was very patient with me this week as I couldn’t remember the name on the account or the passcodebut you didn’t get aggravated here. He helped me they’re very professional there and they seem to know a lot about the products that you were asking for.

Came here on a calm Wednesday morning and zack was very helpful , I brought some paint samples and he helped me find the right paint for my project , even offered me some coffee while I waited Definitely recommend this sherwin Williams on vb Blvd and Also the one on military highway Norfolk.

Took a piece of painted wood from my house. They matched it perfectly! Got everything I wanted and needed. Customer Service lady was exceptional. She even helped me carry my purchases to my car! Perfect!

I was harassed at the store on Laskin Rd By Victor Wollesen. He started recording me on the clock and then the District manger offered me to work at another store. I'm not going to work at another store because I someone recorded me. He lies about everything and makes things up. He's rude to all the customers and Sherwin still won't do anything about it! I encourage YOU not to shop there!!!

By far the best Sherwin Williams store I've been to!! They were my go to guys for my painting company, up until I had to move away. Since being in another state, too far away to go see these guys...I have yet to find another store that so willingly goes above and beyond for their customers and contractors. Miss you guys!!!
