The guys at the store are awesome! Recommended colors, answered all my questions, told me about the online consultation you can have with a color specialist. They were so nice as I was running out the door and back holding up color swatches to the natural light outside the store. I appreciate their guidance and expertise.

Went in and looked at wallpaper ... was totally ignored for a half hour. Then when I had my choice I was told that the "designer" was on vacation, so zip for me! Huge waste of time. Put up a sign or inform shoppers!!! Unprofessional.

I will never deal with this store again. Victor the store manager is rude, incompetent, and lacks any customer service abilities. Stay away from the store and Victor. Go to Landstown SW; Ryan and Nick go above and beyond.

The Sherwin Williams on Laskin is by far my favorite Sherwin Williams to stop at. I do faux finish and decorative painting work....and any time I need a color match they are spot on.

I always use Sherwin-Williams paint, and I've never had an issue until coming to this store. Lack of stock is due to the pandemic but extraordinarily poor attitudes and zero sense of urgency from the employees can't be explained away. I'll drive way out of my area to avoid this location.

I've had an account for 20 years now, when I went in the other day to get a special kind of paint he couldn't find my account anywhere in their system.
I had just bought $600 worth of paint 6 months ago and my account was in the system. Please explain to me how this happened???
