Somethings not right. Pump 4 asked me to put my credit card in 5 [yes] times, and still xouldnt read it. Pump 2 tried to only give me a 5 cent discount, when with my perks 55 cents was the deal. Not thrilled.

Not sure why so many poor reviews. I go past 3 other gas stations because I love this convenience store they have all of my favorite snacks and the employees are really nice!!Store is well lit inside and out and very clean and well organized. Easily one of the cleanest gas stations I've been to.Will continue to be my go to for yummy snacks and treats!!

"Always ask for a receipt"The cashier guy trynna be slick with that fast scan, after I pay for all of it he looked at me and didnt print my receipt so I asked for the receipt and there is indeed a beer on it after that he trynna count the items like he miscount it so itll look like an accident ??. Nice try

This is one of the most Prejudice places I have been. I'm black I walked in the store with two Caucasian people in front of me the owner of read it both of them with a smile and carried on a conversation when it was my turn to get to the register he didn't speak, I'll let that go. So I told him I wanted credit when I put my car in the machine the same card that had just used at Walmart for credit 10 minutes prior to coming to him. I told him I want to credit which is what I always use the card for he tells me you can't use the car for credit can you read. that was the first thing he said to me. I tried to let it go but before I could he said it again at that point I lost my cool and asked him who was he talking to don't ever talkto me like that. I told him I say you treated the other customers will respect even spoke to them and then when I asked him to read he couldn't read it and as I'll let him know I have a business a job on the side and that exotic car outside is mine paid . I really really hate to say this but it needs to be addressed in Virginia Beach I have seen men from Indian descent. I told him I don't know what it is but I've watched guys like him treat blacks as specially we more harshly and talk nasty to them just because of their skin color and you come over here and get grants I think you're better than us. We are the same we all 1 people under God. just like me I'm no better than him and he is no better than me. Now before I get off subject I pushed him out for saying for times can you read four card that I always use for credit. Mind you I have to use the same car in my business everyday isn't that something so when I read everything out loud to him just to show him that we are not d*** but when I asked him to read it he couldn't. The undertone in which he said it had might as well call me in word when I said I was going to the Better Business Bureau then he apologized at that point but not before I had to bust him out it is a shame this type of bigotry and Prejudice still lives in the country. We need to stop hating each other for skin tights and think you are better than each other no one should be treated any differently than the other I hope no one goes to that gas station that is of minority descent. Thank you

The first time I went inside I was informed there are no bathrooms for the public...customer or not. A few days ago I had to fill up but my discount with Shell is connected to my phone number so I had to go inside to charge it and put in my alternate I.D. The same clerk was on duty and extremely rude to me. He spoke to me as tho I were an idiot when I put my charge card in before he instructed me to. As I read the screen he actually acted as tho I was getting on his nerves or something. He was sighing and frowning while making smart remarks. His impatience with me made me feel worse. I'm usually pretty computer saavy but his attitude made me nervous. I do not recommend this Shell location. It's on Lynnhaven Parkway and Dahlia (near Princess Anne Road) so it's convenient for me. I'll go to another location in the future.

If you desire the coronavirus, this is the station to visit. They refuse to protect customers by not requiring social distancing, masks or 10 people at a time in the store. And they refuse to change their greedy, irresponsible behavior.

Just purchased 16g . Pump 7 and the rest of the pumps are super slow. It took almost 15min. The auto shut off did not work. Gas spilled while we were waiting inside the van. It's 29 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Pictures taken. Told cashier but she had no clue what's going on.

All the pumps are down. Probably nice people. Most likely some reconstruction going to happen soon. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I've been stopping at this gas station on the way home from work for about 6 months and haven't had a problem until today. On Mondays it advertises 10 cents off a gallon, but I only got 5 cents off a gallon with the rewards program.. I tried to talk with the clerk about it and he wouldn't discuss it and wouldn't give me the number to the owner. There are too many choices between shore drive and Indian River road to choose from for this type of service.
