I get gas at Shell because of the Krueger discount. This is my first visit at this location. I put in my ID number, it registered but I did not save 10 cents a gallon. I asked the cashier inside and he said there was nothing he could do and no one to call. Seems like a scam/false advertising.

Had to squeeze the handle SEVERAL times for the gas to start flowing. Also,the hose was literally moving and vibrating as the gas was flowing. Seems this place needs to replace the equipment, IMMEDIATELY.

Rude people and unsafe places. Be cautious with these employees. They always argue with clients. Even I thought they wanted to hit me because of their mistake and misunderstood English what I asked.

Always out of paper towels, and windshield washing water! Brought it up to clerks attention at least 5 times in the last few months, reported to Shell regional office, and still no improvement ?

The pump was seemed to a newer model, but the area was a little run down. The Food Mart convenience store was really bad with crowded isles, a limited selection, and dirty floors and shelves. The pump was good, but the rest was pretty bad.

The people that work here can be very rude! They have gaming machines to play, and when you win, they always tell you that you have to come back. I did enjoy playing, but after over a dozen times that I can’t get my money, and I have to come back, I will no longer do so.
