This Shell Station Indian/Pakistani cashier treated women customers like second class citizens. He is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing good service, he shout at me “go get gas somewhere else!” just because I asked him for a refund. I forgot to enter my royalty rewards account and asked if I can still get my discount and he said, “too bad, you should have entered your number before I charged you.” I have never met someone who is from another country treated me this way. I told him that he was very rude and I will never go back to this Shell Station again. I will never recommend this Shell gas station to anyone. Not only the price was high, the service was much worse. You better off get good service down the road at Wawa or Exxon who treated me better. This station doesn’t even deserve a star in my opinion.

My experience of renting a 15ft Uhaul for a 6hour block. I requested a furniture dolly with pick up. This site did not have one and still charged me. When I picked up the 15ft Uhaul the on-site representative was confused and asked me to assist them because the Uhaul I was to pick up had not been processed back into the system. This caused an hour delay, which in turn cause my movers to leave which then forced me to load my stuff by myself which forced me to keep the Uhaul overnight. Of course I was charged a fee. I returned the Uhaul the next and later realized I had left my personal hand truck style dolly in the back. I went back and asked for it but the onsite representative stated I had one when I checked out and I was required one with the check in. I explained to them all the details of what had happened. He stated that i needed to see it from his point of view. I had called the helpline and was assured I would be reimbursed by an "adjuster" which was not true. The adjuster said it was nothing they could do. Lost my dolly and charged multiple charges. This was a horrible experience.

They don’t answer the phone. Sometimes it rings forever, sometimes they straight up hang up on me. Y’all suck. Business lost.

Came in to grab a few things realized I didn’t have any money on my card, the guy started getting agitated which is understandable. I put my card in and put the wrong pin in and he continued to moan and groan. I can understand the frustration but let it out after the customer leaves. If you hate your job so much why work there?

I traveled to Virginia Beach to visit my son and grand kids. I wanted to ensure my rental car had a full tank of gas when turning it in at the airport. So, I stopped at the Shell gas station (900 General Booth Blvd.) located at the corner of Virginia Beach and Birneck Rd. I used my debit/credit to purchase gas. I purchased $30 worth of gas, but my vehicle only took $25 worth of gas. I went back into the store and asked for my refund. The station clerk in a very mild rude manner stated my card will be credit the $5. He couldn’t provide any explanation of how this was going to occur.This transaction occurred 4/15/23 more than 48hrs ago and still no refund. I WILL AVOID this station during my next visit to Virginia Beach.

A good price for regular gas at this time, $4.39/gallon, but their cost for a small bag of ice for $3.70, is expensive.

Pretty standard gas station. The gas pump tv is novel at first but when you notice its just an ad every time you learn to ignore it.

Stopped here to get gas before going to ocean breeze. The customer service is non existent. When the cashier got to the counter, he just looked at me, did not speak, did not say anything. I actually just changed my rating half way through the review. An older gentlemen got out of his vehicle to get gas and was having trouble walking to the door and the same cashier actually called out to get his money so he wouldn’t have to walk all the way to the door. Smh so I guess the service is hit or miss. So I gave it three stars.

Excellent service from an Australian gentlemen. A veteran too like myself. He kept the place extremely clean and the windshield bucket didn't smell! Wow finally a station that cares. I guess the owner finally hired good professional workers. I hope he pays them good so he can keep them.

Horrible. Bad customer service. Owner use blower to blow his trash into the street. Witnessed this multiple occasions.. go across the street for better prices. A friendly staff and gas.. horrible horrible

I'm requesting immediate action. Kumar refused to sell an energy drink to a young woman with a service dog. He proceeded to shout unlawful questions "you don't look blind, what's wrong with you!?" This is a federal offense and I will be reaching out to multiple channels for this to be rectified. I will need the manager Adam to reach out to me asap.

Drove in and they were not 24hrs. Wasted my time driving there but luckily there was a citgo across the street with an even better gas price.
