The gentleman helping me was very sweet, so I’ll give 3 stars. What wasn’t sweet was how startled he got as his managers were screaming in his earpiece. Treat your employees better. I am so disappointed because I could see how upset he became by how he was being spoken too. No one deserves to be treated like that.

I ordered a skin care online and picked it up at this store. I was in a hurry and didn't checked the product before I left. Came home to see that 2 products of this skin care set was used or refilled. I am so upset, that I have to drive 45mins just to get there to return this item! Sephora please DO better! Like I paid for it!"Check your item before leaving this store if it ain't sealed product!

Bim was AMAZING!!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what I was looking for. I normally don't wear a lot of make up and she recommended 2 different light coverage options. She also recommended a great moisturizer for my dry skin. I ended up buying everything she recommended and have been loving it! Thanks so much Bim for listening!

GO TO ULTA INSTEAD!!!!! ULTA is amazing! Sephora is terrible. I purchased online and my package was lost in transit. Of course half of the items in my purchase had been sold out (during a sale) so instead of refunding me my $80 back to my debit card, *they gave me store credit!* WTF. It took 4 calls to customer service, where they assured me the $80 would be transferred to my debit card- IT NEVER WAS. Then I found out the credit is only available to for use ONLINE ONLY, not in the store! This was after I drove there to spend the $80 I was stuck with!!!!!! Even worse is Sephora at Kohl's- don't even think about shopping there.

I had a great experience with Ari. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. She basically knew about every product in the store. I have never had such great customer service in a store compared to Ari. Thank you Ari, you are the best.

Alexis was very sweet and did a great job with color matching. She actually guessed my friends foundation color before seeing what the app brought up, and was right!! Would definitely go again.

After making calls all over, Sephora in Lynnhaven mall had what I wanted Maison Margiela. they spokeswoman was super nice and so are the workers in the store thanks.

I hate to say it like this but the Trans gender man with the orange hair was working near fragrances was helping other certain people and once me and my boyfriend got to the fragrances he watched us and kept starring at us making both of us uncomfortable. i didnt buy my perfume like i wanted because he made it very obvious that he was watching and following us. very unprofessional and very poorly handled. he should not be working there if he is goin to treat certain people differently.

I've been working out of town for the past nine years, so getting a hair cut is squeezed into slow days, or spur of the moment if you have a chance . Stopped by and saw the " walk in's welcome sign and decided to give this place a shot. I have had my share of duds, but I'm happy to report that I received one of the best cuts in a long time! You can tell straight away that the staff is professional and really take pride in their job. Very friendly and courteous-staff, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and good background music to boot. I'm not a talker, so a little small talk was just fine. Walked out very impressed and my wife was happy too! Thanks , I'll be back for sure.

I just left Sephora for the first time ever walking into one of Sephora stores and I can honestly say I will not be back to this location in Lynn heaven mall. The young lady that was helping me was super great. But the people in her ear was very rude rushing her while she’s helping a customer . It’s sad I want to write more . But if workers complaining about being rushed while helping someone than that’s a problem. I could of kept my 200 dollars and kept it moving and went to walgreen because this would be my first time doing makeup but instead I came to Sephora . Welp if I knew the lady that was trying to over talk me to the point that I gave my compliment and left I would put her name in here. But Sephora I hope your policy isn’t to rush your workers etc. especially for us newbies that’s getting into makeup and first timers. Please change that policy . Have a blessed day.

I could spend hours in here. The staff is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about makeup and beauty products. There is no judgement from employees and they will answer your makeup questions and take the time to show you products that will work best for you. Samples around the store allow you to see what products will look like on you before you buy them. There is a wide range of products and brands. If high end name brands are too expensive for your budget, sephora brand products provide quality products at an affordable price.

Every time my husband and I patron this particular Sephora the associates are rude. This time my husband asked to get a sample of cologne which is never a problem at any other Sephora store but today the associate told him “We don’t do samples.” If you don’t want black people in the store just say that. Put up a sign. We don’t want to go where we are unwanted either. Our money is green as well. We are medical health professionals that will be choosing to spend our money elsewhere.
