I just have to say that Amber who owns and runs this place is AWESOME! She is always friendly, helpful and always calls back quickly and answers all my questions. Out of the storage places I have been to this one is the best!

Staff like to stalk and accuse people of things that aren’t happening. Claim that people are sleeping in units and what not but don’t walk around to actually see and check in. This property IS NOT 24 hour access because they’re lazy and just assume anyone in there everyday after a certain period of time is sleeping or doing other things that is NONE of their business. If one works 8 to 5 which is my hours and my family we don’t have time during the day to come out. Mainly at night when they like to lock the gate even though it’s a 24 HOUR UNIT.

I have rented from this storage on Holland Rd for so many years that I lost count over the years! It has been more than 12 years for sure. That is how satisfying an experience it has been for me. The staff is friendly and very competent in supplying great customer service. The prices are very reasonable. Rent here with confidence!
