I can’t believe the lack of work ethic organization and business strategy that resides with the establishment. There’s a phone directory for party planner orders that isn’t sufficient because nobody answers the phone. There is an website that you’re supposed to be able to order from with the guarantee 4 to 6 hour turnaround, which is not sufficient because it doesn’t complete orders and then you go into the store and, they tell you that they aren’t staffed adequately and in order to suffice an order. My membership is useless when you have people that can’t even do their job.

Good selection for one of the warehouse stores and this particular one is usually well stocked and has cheaper gas over the other stores in the region. You can find a multitude of items whether it be items for the home or groceries. Keep in mind that stuff rotates seasonally. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended. Update 8/21/2022: Prices haven't really increased or product size decreased from inflation. Update 5/29/2023: Some prices have lowered from inflation while others have remained steady or increased, such as eggs or meat.

I was put on hold twice for 45 minutes just to find out what time the pharmacy closes ,they don’t listen to you when you call they just put the phone straight on hold

Got the sam's credit card and now there is always an issue checking out, so guess I won't be using it anymore!!!!
Got issues fixed and now using Sam's Club credit, Virginia Beach store well stocked clean and associates ready to help you!!! Cashier's are great!!!

Great experience fast pick up times, but I always go to Chesapeake location in Sam's Circle and always early morning 7:00AM-9:00AM 5 minutes waiting times or less. I mostly go to Virginia Beach for different things that I can't find at the Chesapeake location, like clothes for my family, foods, drinks, and books. The Virginia Beach & Chesapeake locations are good for great pickups and deliveries. Hopefully, this will help you and your family needs too. Have a wonderful day, Peace and Blessings.

The staff is super friendly. My father is 83 and has mobility issues. The electric cart's battery ran out. They pushed my Dad around the store, to check out, waited for us to be done, pushed him to the car, helped him get in while I was loading the groceries. April, you rock! Store is clean, neat. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were asked several times if we found everything okay and if we needed help, just to let them know. WOW ?
