My first time visiting this store- very clean and the prices are very decent. But more than that the Customer Service by Ms. Makia is excellent. She is very professional and so very courteous and knowledgeable. My item wasn't in stock but she took my information and notified me the very next day. She is such a very nice young lady that I know I will be back to shop at Sally Beauty Supply.

First time ever being denied service at a Sally’s. I approached the counter with a question and was interrupted by a woman sitting on the floor behind the counter who only spoke to the other associate and not to me and only made assumptions about me. This left a bad taste and I left without buying anything. This location was most convenient for me and I’m going to lose my elite status but I will not be back :( Goodbye, Sally’s.

A solid store for hair care and hair color. They have many more options than target. Pricing varies. Some sales are well worth it such as 4 items for $20 hair products. Each product could be $9 or more and you receive 4 items for $20! Service is fast and friendly. Join sally rewards for even more savings if you plan to shop there often enough to get $5 savings for each $50 of purchases. No cost to join.

I usually enjoy coming to this Sally's because I can expect help & products I can trust.However, yesterday, this was very much not the case!I went to look at some hair dye & moisturizing products as I had just gotten my hair bleached & I wanted to look into some products I might use, whether that be immediately (conditioner and/or moisturizing hair masks) or in a few weeks (the dye).The cashier not only made assumptions and comments about my hair being bleached at home (it wasn't, and my stylist had done a very good job), but she also made comments about the specific color I wanted & didn't offer an answer to the question I had asked ("do you have anything that's bright red?"), instead choosing to assume that I was dyeing it that very same day (I wasn't) and didn't care about the quality of the color (I did, and I do).I didn't buy anything yesterday. I'd much rather find help online and at Ulta next time, and I think I'll be buying the rest of my hair products from different retailers online, as well.

I enjoy stopping in Sally's because they carry quality hair products for men and the staff is very down to earth. The selection is a bit on the limited side, but for a small local shop they make it a worthwhile trip. They're respectful of Covid guidelines and staff is quite helpful with questions.

Let me start by saying I go this Sally's all the time and typically have a decent experience. Today I visited and was able to get the products I came for however, the customer service I was provided was very rude. The sales associate that assisted me was able to provide a suggestion on the shampoo I can use (which I purchased) and she also checked me out at the register. When I tried to pay with $50 cash (and the exact change) she advised she didn't have enough cash to give me change. I then purchased two additional items to increase my balance and asked if she then had enough and she stated "I don't know I'll figure it out" in a rude tone. My total was $27. I have her my $50 and the exact change. She said "you'll have to wait." She than proceeds to open the second register to get enough money to make change, hands it to me with no words. No here is your change, thank you for your patience, have a nice day. Nothing. I am sad to have to write this but I think there is an learning and training opportunity here to provide better customer service to a routine customer.

This Sally's Beauty was recently remodeled and it is the brightest and prettiest of all the Sally's in the Hampton Roads area.The aisle are easy to maneuver and products are easy to find. Great customer service and shelves were well stocked with the items that I needed.I had to drive cross town because the Sally's by my home is always out of stock.
