First I call them at time of appointment to make sure tech is coming to my house still. Get told they were just about to call me and tell me he is sick and can’t make it out, but I could drive there and get repaired. I drive out get fixed then I get called again hours later that my tech was in a car accident. So either he is sick or was in accident idk. But first call was in the afternoon at start of appointment window and second call was after the window was past done. The communication is awful and they seem to be not organized.

Great service. The tech was professional and courteous. This is the second time I’ve used them in a year for a windshield replacement for my f 150. They put new wiper blades on for you too.

Keri from Customer Service made sure my appointment was scheduled conveniently and made sure I received the best price possible. Tamica was also very helpful when checking in/closing my account. Service team did a great job w/ the installation. Great work all around.

The automated system hung up on me three times and would not transfer me to a person. On my 4th call I finally was transferred to a live person. As I’m explaining that I need a quote the man took an exasperated breathe and hung up. I’m definitely posting my experience in the hospitals I’m affiliated with physicians lounge. Being a good person should come standard and exuding customer service kindness is expected but this time it failed.Dr. O’Neal

Ordered the wrong part serval times and then installed the wrong part when they told me they finally got it right. Such a waste of my time. They have yet to provide my refund. Mike, the manger was suppose to call me and never did. Just horrible

The manager, Brandon, and his team did a great job replacing my windshield. The main call center is terrible not this Safelite store. I asked to be connected directly to the Safelite on Tulip Dr. They were wonderful and informative especially, Brandon and Tameka who helped get me scheduled.

Horrible way to take care of your customers, you can not even get a live Human Being on the phone, I always heard great things about safelite and thought of them for my repair needs. After being hung up on by the automated system twice (seems all it wants to do is redirect you to their online website) I will never use this company, shame on them for replacing real people with robots and automation!

If I would have read the reviews beforehand and not go with the recommendation through my insurance when I went to file this claim, I would have not wasted my time and money. It amazes me that you have reviews stating the same issue and nothing is being done. First of all the scheduling process is a joke! Customer’s need to be told before booking that it’s not guarantee that their part will be there and ready for the day of the appointment. For me to take time off from my job losing a day worth of pay to be called the morning of that my part did not arrive and that I have to reschedule is not professional.After rescheduling to arrive and have your Manager Brandon Rogan be passive aggressive while talking to me is not professional. Telling me y’all don’t take payments online as if I’m making something up and not trying to find out or knowing that you guys do offer that option when scheduling insurance claim is not ok. Then to explain to him about what was told to me from customer service about the refund I was suppose to receive, that I never asked for but was told because of the inconvenience I went through just to get my car service wasn’t a smooth process. After getting all of that situated (so I thought) to receive a text hrs later about my car being done and that my card was charged after he told me it wasn’t I was confused. For me to bring this up and for him to speak to me like I’m a child and that he already took the charges off (which he didn’t) is not cool and pissed me off!Now I’m dealing with another problem because your team who is supposed to be “trained” installed my windshield with a defect. So now I have to take time out of my schedule which is costing me money to get something fixed that should have never been installed. How do you not see that the glass is distorted in the corner and that it looks like I’m looking out of a magnify glass. Now I have this issue and it’s also been 10 business days and no refund. Called customer service about my refund for them to call the location and speak with Brandon Rogan and for him to act like he knows nothing about my refund is not ok cause there’s notes in the system about this even if you don’t remember of the top of your head. Well now he get passive aggressive again with me on the phone in which now I’m no longer keeping my cool cause I let it slide more than once.The fact that y’all have another customer complaining about him under these reviews and he still acts this way is sad. People are not playing about their vehicle and this is not the time of year to be wasting people time and money. He doesn’t know my mindset and what I’m going through to be carrying himself in this matter. I work for a big dealership here in the Hampton roads area, and any customers I hear mention this place I will tell them to read reviews and go elsewhere. I also will be finding out who the district/regional manager is for this location and I will be filing a complaint about this. They need to check up on this location and to see the horrible condition that it’s in. There needs to be some proper training that takes place in order to turn this location around . Having a sassy Manager is not going to cut it and I will not stop until I get some kind of answer and resolution.
