Dropped off 2 skirts on Tuesday to get pressed and was told they would be ready for pick up on Friday. Sent my husband to pick up my skirts and he noticed there was a note attached to 1 of the skirts that was still badly wrinkled. Instead of calling me to tell me the skirt had to be dry cleaned in order for them to be able to get the wrinkles out, they decided to attach a note to it instead. A simple phone call to confirm I would be okay with paying extra for having the skirt dry cleaned and properly ironed, and they would've had a happy returning customer. Instead, I have a wrinkled skirt that I need pressed by Sunday morning and searching for another Cleaners. So disappointed, but also angry that my Husband was still asked to pay for the wrinkled skirt.

I turned in my military uniforms prior to an inspection to this dry cleaner, since the military holds uniforms to a very high standard. When I received my uniforms back I noticed a very deep and pronounced crease around my chevrons. The customer service is amazing however if I didn't catch that crease I would've failed my inspection. My recommendation would be more attention to detail when it comes to military uniforms from this business.

Had a stain on a shirt. Tried three times of washing to get it out. Took it here and it was like magic they got it right out! Little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for at cleaners. Thanks again girls!

Bad Customer Service,I was very excited to bring in my wedding gown to be cleaned based on the amazing reviews I read on Google, Yelp. I made the drive to Virginia Beach since no one ever answers the telephone number advertised on Google, from the minute I walk in the shop the clerk in the back seemed frustrated/annoyed she had to come and greet a customer. Then from there it just got worse and worse, she had a complete mental breakdown, kept telling me she couldn't say how much it would cost to dry clean a wedding gown and kept mentioning the Norfolk Headquarters.... blah blah I should have gone to Norfolk Headquarters instead. It seems she didn't want to take in my wedding gown at all, I was even willing to pay the deposit of 240 dollars she had requested no questions asked then she simply dismissed me with a " Oh the computer doesn't work " Still I tried to cooperate with her and told her I would leave my information on a piece of paper so she could contact me when the system came back and she simply told me "come back on Monday" or go to Norfolk Headquarters "they are the ones who clean the dress, we don't do wedding gowns here" at that point I realized she didn't want my business at all so I simply walked away. I am not even out of the store yet and she starts crying in front of the computer about how she cant work like this and that " I cant be here all day" she said. I am not sure what happened but it is not the kind of treatment you expect from such a high rated cleaner's I guess I was lured by the 5 star rating...……..

This is one of the best dry cleaners that we have used. I am always greeted with a pleasant and warm encounter from Kristen when I drop off my husband's shirts. She always greets me with a smile and is so sweet and friendly. I truly feel like a valued customer. It makes my drive from Chesapeake 100% worth it. I ALWAYS feel like a valued customer. Great service and excellent customer service from Kristen!!!

What a great place! I love going to locally owned businesses. Very friendly staff and employees, and when I picked up my suit that I dropped off, it looked brand new like the day I bought it. Plus great prices! Definitely will be going back in the future!

I am SUPER thankful these guys were able to get the stain out of my dress! They warned me it may not happen, but I took the risk and it was so worth it. My husbands dress blues came back in perfect condition as well!
