Well it's been a day since I got my haircut and the stylist was very wrong in saying once I get home that I would probably like it a lot more after playing with and styling it a little. Since I work in a hospitality and also work for tips I held my composure, I was nice, and still way over tipped I'm sure (a lil over 60%), but don't think I will be going back there to her again. I will be also looking elsewhere and asking for recommendations to get it fixed.. That is whenever I can make the time to do so since I am a single mother and work full-time. I only made the time since it was my birthday.. That or maybe have my 10year old give it a try. Lol.However the young lady was funny and very sweet and we did have a good laugh earlier in the session when I told her I felt like she was giving me a bowl cut. I should have seen the red flag.. oh well you live and learn..I also recall her asking me why I would drive so far for a haircut since I live in Norfolk, about 45 minutes away. And honestly if I believe someone can do a good job and I'll be happy with the finished project I have no problem traveling the distance and paying whatever is required along with taking extra care of the person giving out the service... Sadly this was not the case..

Lauren was so amazing! I recently lost about 70% of my hair due to stress and was very scared to cut it but she walked me through and made me feel so much better!! I brought in my daughter as well who has very curly hair and Lauren trimmed her hair perfectly too!

I went to this salon for about 12-18 months, loved it and my stylist. The staff is awesome, the salon is great, and I loved my hair color. I am giving one star because I moved out of state and I’ve been to 3 different colorists trying to match the color. We just can’t seem to get it. When I called the salon to ask for my color formula they refused to give it to me. Why on earth does it have to be kept secret when I moved across the country!?Services: Haircut

The ladies here can work miracles! I had one hairstylist totally botch my hair and I went here and although I was sad about how short my hair had to become to fix another hair stylists horrible error in my hair, I've gotten compliments from everyone. They did an amazing job with what they had to work with. I've worked with Lauren (who fixed my hair) and Caitlyn and I recommend both women.

Ive been going here for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed. The front staff is so nice and always are accommodating. I see Caitlin and she never disappoints! Would recommend this place a 1000 times!!

I've been going here since I was a little girl and absolutely love this salon! They always make you feel so special and are so talented with hair. I always see Caitlin but every stylist there is extremely talented and so caring when it comes to what you're wanting. If you want a salon pampering along with wonderful service then this is the salon for you!
