What a great experience, me and my wife purchased a 2024 Forrester wilderness and we love it we have cone to rk for years there service department is unmatched and we had such a pleasant experience with sales as well. William was very knowledgeable and offered many options and definitely got us the best price and at the end of the day we left with a new car that we love.

I sold my car the week before and was on the hunt for a newer vehicle to lease before moving. I went to three different dealerships, looking for a vehicle that was safe and being sold by someone that I could trust and know that they were truly giving me their best deal, not just a "let me see what I can do with my manager" and come back with a subpar offer. David at RK Subaru was fantastic and the first experience I have ever had with a salesman who didn't beat around the bush or try to persuade me any way to just make a profit. He was friendly, welcoming, and truly cared not only about the safety of the vehicle I was purchasing, but about the experience I was having in the process. I had to go back a few days later to drop a few documents off, and all the staff was just as polite and nice as when I was there earlier in the week. I would recommend this specific dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car that is reliable, safe, and worth your time to talk about prices and offers. Couldn't have had a better experience. We recently purchased our first Subaru from Cal Green at RK Subaru. We were very happy with the way Cal Green treated us during our first visit. He took his time showing us vehicles and answering our questions and there was no uncomfortable sales pressure. We came back and decided on a 2025 Forester. Although the CDK hack had just happened Cal and the other staff were professional and made sure we were able to leave with our new SUV.

I rarely leave reviews on anything. But when the experience is over the top exceptional, beyond anything I could imagine, I am compelled to do so. It was a 10 star experience.
I’m not a spring chicken, and based on my prior experiences of purchasing a new car, I would almost, but not quite, rather chop off a limb. I worked with Medrick and Anthony, who are two of the most genuinely authentic and personable human beings I’ve met in a long time.
Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. I originally silently dismissed their claims that their # 1 goal was to make sure I was truly happy if and when I drove off the lot. They proved it over and over.
I drove off the lot today with my new Crosstrek. The last thing I said was, this entire experience has renewed my faith in humanity. Thank You MEDRICK and Thank You ANTHONY.

I recently purchased a 2019 subaru wrx from RK. I could not be more impressed by everyone at both the new and used sides of the dealership. Everyone was kind, helpful and best of all understanding of my two kids running around like crazy. Next time I need a vehicle RK will be the first place I go!

Will in the sales office was tremendously helpful, courteous and generous with his time when we went in to buy a car. He takes the time to figure out what you want, and to make sure you are picking a nice vehicle. As a Subaru enthusiast himself, he can offer recommendations.
He's also just a really nice and conscientious guy and does not rush you into making serious financial decisions like the other dealerships in the VA Beach area we've been to. He takes the stress out of the car buying experience and works with you to make it simple.
If you are looking for a Subaru, go to RK and ask for Will if he is in. Fantastic and caring customer service!
