The treatment I have received the last two visits by the pharmacist Earl and by a woman Verna, is beyond disrespectful and rude! I don't know if this man treats everyone this way or if it is a discrimination issue, but it was absolutely horrible both times. Today he accused me of lying instead of informing me my prescription was filled at another location, he told me I had already picked it up...even after I told him I did not. I had not idea it was at CVS. He then told me I was already taking one form of the medication, as if to say I didn't need the other (one is a time release version). He did this the previous time also, insinuating I didn't need the medication my DOCTOR prescribes to me. No pharmacist should treat customers in this manner, if you are that against helping people you are in the wrong vocation. Thank goodness all of my prescriptions should now be moved to CVS and I will never have to see this man again.

Rite aid pharmacy at 1177 s Rosemont is great ! They always let me know what is going on with my medications. If there is a problem they text me, and when my scripts are filled they texted me. You would think that would be common courtesy at all pharmacy’s? Not at CVS on princess Ann.

Nothing worse than going to pick up your medicine and the workers being very unprofessional. My daughter has a name that can be made to sound different ways. The workers in the pharmacy chose to giggle about her name while appearing to get meds. Oops gotta come back later. Probably so they can laugh again. How disrespectful and unprofessional.

The store front is great, Ms. Teena is the best. The pharmacy part is TERRIBLE. If I can give them 0 starts I would. It takes a week to get prescriptions filled here which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have no clue if they are understaffed or just completely incompetent.

I call & call & call & no one answers the phone I know ya'll are extra busy because of the other R.A's closures but Damn there has to be someone there to answer the phone. When ever I go there you seem to have more than enough people. Why can't someone pick up the phone.

The pharmacy here is very slow and makes many errors. The manager is very professional and tries to correct the recurring errors and issues. I'm not sure what the problem is. Under staffing, technical errors, incompetent uncaring staff? Regardless, it should be figured out and fixed. I have never experienced so many issues monthly dealing with a pharmacy.

I understand Rite Aide is closing stores and transferring prescriptions to other stores. With that being said, having to come back 5 times is a bit ridiculous. Each time it was standing in line for 40 minutes to be told not ready, come back tomorrow. This last time was told oh, we're out of that med BUT shipment coming in tomorrow. I waited 4 days to go back. Now told not enough in hand but can give you 3 days as shipment in on Monday. Rite at de your organization of closing and ensuring your remaining stores are well stocked and manned stinks. I've watched the employees being yelled at and belittled due to your incompetent management. I've used right side since this one opened. Regrettably as soon as I can arrange it I'm finding another pharmacy.

Save yourself the time and the effort. I just went in to try to pick up a prescription that was sent there 24 hours ago. They still don’t have it ready. When Dr. sent in prescriptions to this location, it typically takes 48 hours to be filled when if you walk in with a slip it only takes 15.

Just close the rest of these already. Transfered prescriptions here because of other store closings.Busy, I get it. In the meantime, won't answer a phone. Won't fill prescriptions on time. Will short you or no fill because of inventory. Now shortened hours, basically limiting any chance to get meds. F this place.

I'm new to this store because the one at Lynnhaven closes its doors, I need to take medicine for my blood clot in my lung and I can't get it, Just got off phone with corporate, They have no clue either just a joke
