Wonderful store and wonderful staff. Never dissatisfied with service or product. Let's pray they keep the one on 5795 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA open. Actually, let's pray they don't close anymore down. Best drugstore chain ever!!!

The Rite Aid at 5795 Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach has outstanding pharmacy staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are ready in a very timely manner. The pharmacist is very friendly. Excellent customer service -- even better than a different Rite Aid location in Virginia Beach (we switched from that location to this one).

I am writing this on behalf of the transferring of pharmacies located within Hampton Roads. I was a former patient who used Wal-Mart pharmacies for years, but I just recently transferred to Rite Aid a couple of months ago. I have to say, that even after a couple of years as a loyal customer to Wal-Mart pharmacies, I will never part ways with Rite Aid. They represent something much more when it comes to proactive client support. On top of their heavy based customer clientele at this location, they assist to those who are in doubt. They have provided every pinpoint to meet my needs for medical assistance here because I pick up a numerous amount of medicine here. The feedback I just get from this location is so adeptly that I could just pick up the phone and call the company directly to speak to an upper division to tell them the great rapport they have here, some may say that they don't see what the big deal is here, but their recognizance of their attributes here at this location is of great importance to me! Keep going and doing what you're all doing, Rite Aid, the community has completed appreciated everything you all have done!

I know this review says to talk about the company itself but let me be the first to open up about this very location in general. I am speaking on the behalf of their entire pharmacy structure. This location answers all questions about my medical needs without having me go through the automatic phone system, which I cannot honestly believe they have that much heedfulness for their patients. This location is close to my residence in walking distance but that doesn't stop them from keeping me on as a regular who receives their script here. I never have to transfer to any other location. They really embrace their company Rite Aid, and they almost remind me of similar workmanship and relatedness of a pharmacy who works directly for a hospital. They are a wonderful staff, the ones who take the time to appreciate their surroundings and what tools they have before them. I am just saying that if Rite Aid will continue to grow throughout globally and strive for their excelled results, I am all in it for them. Thank you all so much for helping me as a patient, I feel less labeled as a "patient" here because I only feel like my own growth because of what they have done for me here. I would highly recommend Rite Aid to anyone, if they haven't used the pharmacy before, because they made the image quite clear of what the purpose of the entire shop/store is right before my eyes. Again, thanks so much please accept my gratuity and continue to be the preeminent here, Rite Aid!

I recently changed to the Princess Anne location from 1075 Independence and they have been by far the best!!! They answer the phone all the time, they fill prescriptions the same day and stand by the time they promise, and the technician even noticed that I had been paying a lot for 2 of my prescriptions because I needed a prior auth and he took the initiative to send the document to my physician so they can work on the prior auth.They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. This will definitely be my new home pharmacy! Thank you!
