Will not answer the phone . Have to drive to store just to ask a question or request a refill (which they used to do automatically) Since they acquired the Haygood location they have gone downhill fast . Customer care at its worst . Do not recommend to anyone unless you don't mind poor service , long waits , and driving to store to request your refills . Even then you get them days later . What is corporate going to do to fix the problem at 1660 Independence Blvd ? *Switching pharmacies asap . Been there 20 years . Now my favorite pharmacist has left too .

Use to be great, but has went downhill the last few months. I was told there was a 5 day wait to get a prescription filled at one point. They don’t answer the phone, I never get a text when it is ready. I think they need a lot more staff, always busy when I go in. They aren’t just slacking off. The company needs to fix it.

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I called in my refills on Monday - it's Friday and not a peep! This is the reason I left the Haygood store. Now CVS is trying to call you because I transferred my prescriptions to them, and their pharmacist just told me you won't answer the phone for them either. Ridiculous!

Initially I switched to this location because of their efficiency,friendliness and their supply.Over the past moth the efficiency has gotten worse and worse.My doctor put in an rx on Thursday.I went in to check Friday around 4pm and was told it would be 7pm.7pm came and went.Saturday I called all day,no answer.Sunday morning no answer.I finally went in store around noon and I will say they got it ready for me in 15 mins.For those who call and get no answer just go in store

Not impressed, my family had a prescription called in on Thursday, today is Sunday and it is still not ready, I’ve been calling since Saturday and no answer.

I will drive half-way across town for this amazing pharmacy. The staff is always extremely kind, helpful, and do everything in their power to make sure you have a positive experience.

I've been using the pharmacy at this store for a long time. The staff is always great. I get a bunch of prescriptions filled and get the occasional Flu or Covid shot. The website doesn't always work perfectly, but the staff is very helpful...

Pharmacy doesn't answer their phone. Then when arriving at 915 for a flu shot they tell me they don't start flu shots until after an hour they open. WOW. Good to know they make up whatever schedule they want without telling customers.

I had a question about drug interactions (allergy medication i.e. Claritin and Benadryl). I called and spoke with the pharmacist, Riley I believe was her name, and she was so kind.I was annoying and I asked her probably three or four questions and she was so kind and reassured me that I was not bother her. She really seemed happy to help me.Shoutout to you, Riley!

Worst pharmacy I have eve been to!!!!! The lady with the long blonde hair that was dressed like she did not work in a pharmacy would not even acknowledged my presence. Once she did the first thing she said is I'm leaving and then she asked me what I needed. Well be at a pharmacy drop off window one would assume it is a prescription but I politely said a prescription. The she takes it and says we only have one bottle and it's expensive. I said here is my insurance card. She told me I needed to make sure they would pay for it. Confused because I thought that was her job, I just said I am sure they will. She also told me it would be an hour for it to be ready. I said doesn't it come in a bottle ready to go. She said yes but it will still take an hour. Then she said she couldn't read the doctor's signature so I would need to call the doctor to see which one sent me the prescription. Confused again because NO pharmacy has ever said that to me. I started to call and she said good luck on getting an answer. At this point I was so mad I left. No wonder these stores are closing. I went across the street to CVS where they were polite and told me it would be a $10 co pay and they would have it tomorrow because they were out and would have to order it.
