Having been a member for the last 3-4 years after rio was bought by GO, the service was consistent to some degree until recent. Costs have gone up, there are mutliple occasions where the vehicle is not dried in a normal fashion and left with water spots if not wiped down after. They have a new tire applicant that applies an oil based material and leaves your wheels dirtier than when they came in and road debris is kicked up almost instantaneously, leaving your vehicle dirty AFTER going through the wash. The pricing continues to increase without providing the value associated with it. My entire household (4) actively have monthly memberships but are starting to see less value than originally provided.

This drive-thru car wash is very fast and convenient. Unlimited trips makes it a MUST have.

Visited this car wash today for the 1st time. Easy and straight forward the experience was. There was a person who's there to assist you during payment and a person guide you for the car wash. $7 for basic. Not bad. Plus free vacuum with no rush. Will be back.

My car was pretty dirty so I paid for the most premium wash. The attendant waved me up, flicked her finger at the sign, and went right back to texting on her phone. No pre-treatment or spray so my car came out subpar, even for the most expensive wash on the menu.

I never had an issue until this year. Scanner would not accept my code. They tried and could not get it to work. I cancelled service June 2024. Went back this month and they killed me for all the past months. Won't answer the phone. Calling Better Business next.

Decided to try this place for the first time today. I got the “go premier” wash. Tunnel wash was good. But I got out, went to the vacuums. And my wheels were absolutely covered in this black tar like substance from the tire shine. It was covering all of my rims. I was in a rush so I went to grab some towels to wipe them off. But there was only like 3 towels available.
After driving, the black tire shine flung up on my entire car. I’m gonna have to get another car wash after this one just to have a clean car. Which is crazy.

Monthly plan a good value. Micro fiber towels and spray to finish with the vacuums. Keeps your car looking new!

Very practical and convenient. I especially use the location in Lynheaven pkwy in Virginia Beach . Everyone who works there are very helpful and friendly. The location is always clean and everything works great!

They always take care of my needs being in a wheel chair
Somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for
