We rented a refrigerator from this Rent-a-Center for a day when our refrigerator went out. We were so impressed with their service! Now, we keep getting marketing calls from "Michael". I have called and asked to be removed from the calling list (twice now), but we still receive the calls. So annoying! I have blocked the number, but they still leave voicemail messages.

My last experience was amazing I was happy with everything and I was happy to see the employee's each time I made a payment on my account and I have been trying to find a place to get more furniture for so I can buy it from Rent-a-Center.

I am still a little unhappy with what I am having to pay for a sleeper sofa that was delivered broken and just a sofa when the major reason I decided to buy it was because I needed a place to sleep as well as chill and watch tv. I just feel like 9ver $500 for something you bought with the purpose of being able to lay down in a bed changes to just being able to sleep I. The sofa. Feel free if you are someone who works at the company and agrees that I should be given a fair more accurate discount for the product I’m paying for

Great customer service, all employees I spoke with (especially James the store manager) were very kind, and make you feel as if you're the only customer they are dealing with. Which is truly appreciated. This is my first time doing rent to own type of arrangement and I'm so glad I chose RAC. Plus their furniture is great quality.

I rented a recliner for one month after my husband's back surgery. The rental process was fairly quick and easy, and each of the employees that helped was professional and courteous. Delivery and pickup was quick, easy, and efficient. Recommend this store. Thank you for helping!

Been 2 months now still haven’t heard about my new mattress they gave me a used one til the new one came in and I still have it not to mention the communication between the staff and the manager is poor. Was told my furniture would be delivered on a Tuesday took the day off waited past the time they told me they would be here called the store and the employee never scheduled me . When I called to speak to the manager he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. I am a general manager and I have never seen the lack of communication anywhere that I have had with this store. Very poor customer service. Was also told I would be compensated for all my trouble and that never happened either . Bottom line once I pay my furniture off I will never return.

I would give them no stars if I could. The most trashiest and unprofessional people I have ever met before in my life. Inflation has gone up and i was behind on ONE payment. I explained that I would be caught up on my next paycheck and they refused to even work with me. Jasmine the manager is extremely rude and showed up to my house. When I came to pick up my merchandise from the store the gentleman told me that they do not come to your home unless you are 30 days passed due. I would not recommend THIS location what so ever.

Rent A Center on 929 CHIMNEY HILL SHOPPING center is the Worst place I’ve ever been at in my entire life. If you are trying get some equipment DO NOT EVER go to this place, you will get ripped off guaranteed!! You will also get treated like dirt, the worst costumer service ever....the managers are liars they tried to make $$$ money of me thinking I wasn’t tracking my monthly payments.
