Did take while to get someone on phone. But once they did answer, couldn’t have been more help??

So far I have had a great experience with the gift shop. I often order online and have my student pick it up at the store. They always have very good communication. There was a shirt I ordered and they didn't have the size and asked if something else would be acceptable or not. Glad they do that. I wish they had more stock availability sometimes. It seems that it is advertised and often gone before I can get a chance to get into the store or order online.

Don't go to this school. You'll def regret it. And by the time you do you'll be so far in that transferring would be difficult. They lie from the beginning about how soon you'd graduate. They don't help you take courses that are geared to your path and what you want to be and do just what brings them money.. They lie about the scholarships and the availability of them. The disability department doesn't help. And don't let them know your experiencing homelessness/disaster of any kind and need extra help, time, assistance. because trust me they don't care at all. As a Christian based school you'd expect a lot of from them in the area of Nobleness and values, and character. They don't have none of it. I wish I never went to this school, but it's too late. It's cheaper but not better. Think twice....

Consistently having difficulty reaching assistance. Being a full time online student is a challenge in itself. Having to wait long times on the phone and even getting calling backs or leaving voicemails is an issue that I've been having. This adds frustration especially being out of state with different time zones. Additional assistance/personnel is needed in this area and also consideration for the time zones of online students. This problem has been leading me to look at other schools. See attached pic. Wait times vary from 15 mins to over an hour. Have left voicemails and textes to return calls but this is also a challenge.

The professors care about their students. The academics offer rigor and the tuition is reasonable.

Myself and 6 other ladies went and saw ? Marvin's Room today, Saturday February 25th. It was a cooler and rainy day which was perfect for seeing a play. Marvin's Room had a very good storyline and the actors did a fantastic job. I was drawn into the production, feeling as if I were part of the family. Everyone who was involved did a fabulous job. Each of the 7 of us were very happy we saw this production. Thank you.

This school includes many excellent and supportive professors, however, the school limits your ability to standard practice. The entrance forms ask you if you are a Christian, but they do not for any level of commitment to religion. Such commitment will develop during the learning process as everything is integrated and steered towards one expectation where original thought becomes isolated. Every assignment includes biblically inclined content that ignores those who do not have the ability to fall into such expectations. Their heart is in the right place, still, there is a gray line for those of us who do not conform entirely. And such commitment should sacrifice any interest of study. school includes many excellent and supportive professors, however, the school limits your ability to standard practice. Mostly staffed by unaccountable adjunct faculty who will arbitrarily adjust assignment instructions and deadlines at the last minute, do not respond quickly or effectively to inquiries, and grade with astonishing capriciousness. Graduating from Regent with my undergrad and going on to get my Masters from another institution. I will not entertain the idea of associating myself with this university in any capacity whatsoever, ever again.

Regent University has a beautiful campus and is in a great location, not too far from the beach & all the good restaurants & shopping in Virginia Beach. They offer a large variety of majors in both undergraduate as well as graduate courses, with numerous online degrees available as well as on campus degrees. Our family has had an excellent experience at this school, and we highly recommend them!

I applied to Regent University thinking it would be better compared to the regular universities I attended. I was wrong. You get several of the same classes with different names, but with the same work as a credit. I was dismissed due to having a year of Job (deaths in my family, sickness physically and mentally) due to Covid, and no matter how many times I tried to appeal, I was told it was incomplete. Rest assured, once dismissed you are not a profit to them, they don't answer emails and carry a sense of disdain if you speak with them. Don't waste your time if you believe this school is a Christian university. It's just another school looking to put you thousands of dollars in debt.

Despite not working alongside students who were negatively impacted by COVID, this school is very helpful when it comes to pursuing your degree. Before leaving, I completed 63% of my bachelors degree online.

As a student, I've attended here for the past 3 years. It has been amazing to know how well they support the military in going back to school. I use my post 9/11 GI bill and found it so easy to enroll. The professors here most of the time genuinely care. Back to school during the epidemic has been hard but everybody here seems to abide well with Covid-19 regulations and are wearing masks. The students all had to test negative to go back on campus which gave me a peace of mind. We regularly check in with a screening survey to update our teachers of our health. The campus is a great size. The school does challenge us as scholars and I am happy that I can call my self a regent student.

Regent university changed my life. I am grateful for the faculty and Christian leadership. The entire process is the best collegiate experience I have experienced anywhere. I am grateful for God's grace in earning my graduate degree from this fine establishment.
