My wife and I have had an excellent experience with this Lynnhaven Malll Reed's team, especially Brandon. This store gave us our wedding / engagement rings and other gifts, and we have absolutely loved working with Brandon, Carol and her husband. They have given us excellent products, service, warranties, and experience. Highly recommend!

very first review I've ever left. very impatient and rushed service for what would have been around $1000 purchase. I left before buying anything since the salesmen didn't seem to have the time for me, focusing more on an older person seemingly about to spend more money. will not shop here again

Quite by accident I roamed into Reeds jewelry and met Amber, a lovely sales woman. I was seeking an education on diamonds. She educated me ….boy did she educate me and, before I knew it, I had fallen in love with a stone for my engagement ring. No pressure at all! She was filled with ideas and helped me make a selection that was within my price range. My new ring was ready 2 days later and is gorgeous! I constantly get compliments! I can’t recommend Reeds Jewelry more.

Robert and Carol were fantastic. I was greeted by Robert as soon as I walked in and he helped me try on a few watches I was interested in. They had a great selection of Omega watches and I was able to find the perfect one for me. Robert was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Carol set the time and date on my watch and explained everything it came with once I finished deciding. Very smooth process and a deceptively charming store with a charming staff. I'll be back in the future.

Robert Stabnow helped me and my boyfriend find the perfect ring! This family-oriented business was so welcoming, Robert got along so well with my boyfriend and was so kind to me. He quickly helped us find someone who can help us size the ring, since the store’s jeweler was visiting their other location, once he learned that I was leaving town in 3 days. Unlike other stores we visited, me and my boyfriend were greeted with welcome arms, since many other stores did not want to bother with teens buying promise rings, Robert gave us the best experience that we could have asked for. Thank you Robert for being a great part of this milestone in our relationship♥️

Outstanding customer service. This was my second time buying a watch at Reed’s and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Robert was very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the watches and was able to answer all my questions. He made sure that all my expectations were met. I highly recommend Reed’s.
