Recently, I received a quote for a new property from Prosper that was very attractive. I agreed to go with them. I contacted the person by email in August to show the townhome coverage should be different; still waiting for a response. After the closing, Travelers contacted me by mail and let me know the square footage of the house was higher than the one in the policy. The increase, $300. No reason to have the incorrect sq. ft. when the Broker was able to see the MLS with photos and information. Never again with this company.

Larry Ison with Prosper Insurance is truly amazing. I have had several issues this past few years, with a major leak in my home that required the entire kitchen to be remodeled. As well as an almost total loss and huge confusion with my car insurance. Larry helped with every step of the way. Explaining step by step what to do. I would not have made it through either of these experiences with such a positive outcome if it was not for him. Larry is the best!!!! Michelle

My husband and I have been with State Farm for many years. We recently got a letter in the mail dropping our policy due to the fact we own a Kia. I called Kristal and she immediately put us in contact with Brandon. Not only did Brandon get us covered he also worked on getting us a better understanding about our home insurance and got us better coverage with that also! Thank you again, Kristal and Brandon for all your hard work!!

Been very pleased with this insurance for the last few years. If you don’t have homeowners insurance, I highly suggest Prosper. Miss Christine Fett and Taylor McGonagle has been amazing through helping me these last few weeks. Forever thankful!!
